Judicial authority is the most effective power that ensures the security and comfort of the people by enforcing the law and trust-building among people. In any stage, judicial authority has given the glory to a government and peace and security to its community and nation and One of the most important and influential areas in strengthening judicial authority, which has remained somewhat Neglected in a community, is the moral standards of the nation, because the human qualities and cultivation and self-perfection of the soul are shaped in the light of morality, With some thoughtfulness, we find that law and ethics are inextricably linked, therefore, Kant, a prominent moral scientist after the Renaissance in Europe, tells people in his moral command:"Behave in a manner that your character is as the basis for global legislation." On the ethics, one of the main slogans of the Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) was:"I have been designated as a prophet to perfect the moral standards." If ethical virtues were strengthened in the society people, what we will witness in our society, include of courage, trust, ruth, kindness, good posture, patience, devotion, honesty in the deal, and so on.These and other good ethical traits play an important role in judicial authority, because one of the causes of crime, which ultimately ties to judicial authority, is ethical vices such as bullying, lying, betrayal, greed and oppression Manuscript profile

Amongst the great theologians, there has always been a debate on the connection between the punishment of the hereafter and the actions of this world. Some theologians believe that the connection between the actions of this world and the punishment of the hereafter is contractual, and on this basis God has created heaven and hell; this group are known as the deniers of the ‘Visualization of Deeds’. The other group of theologians believe that our actions are embodied within us in the hereafter. Followers of this theory believe in the ‘Visualization of Deeds’ and they can be divided into two groups; those that believe the visualization to be in a celestial form and those that believe the visualization to be the essence of the soul. In this research paper, we will analyze the arguments presented by those theologians who accept the visualization of deeds in a celestial form. The result from this research suggests that rational reasoning alone, without the help of some verses of the Holy Quran, authentic narrations and the intuition of the heart, would not be able to prove this theory. The faith is one of the most valuable religious issues that it has always been considerable to scholars. In the approach of faith, the essence of Faith, its relation to Islam, to reason, and its subjects have always been discussed. The importance of these issues is that they play an important role in the individual and social functioning of every human being. The contemporary approach that focuses on these issues, especially the relation of faith and reason, is the school of separation. According to him, the faith has degrees and the Faith to God and the Faith to The world hereafter is the first degrees of Faith. He believes the faith to God is after his cognition. The notable point in the Maleki mianaji’s views is that the faith is the creature of God and the man must earn it. On the other hand, the knowledge that is the basis of faith is realized by God through the prophet and the infallible Imams. The present article describes and analyzes the Maleki mianaji’s statements of faith, especially his interpretive approach, and seeks to highlight the specific points of this approach. Mullā Ṣadrā believes that, since a prophet’s duty is to transmit revelations to people and guide them, they must be expressed in detail within the framework of verbal propositions so that they are comprehensible and usable by people. The words comprising a revelation, similar to their meanings, should have been descended from the intellectual world. When a revelation is sent, the prophet must ascend to higher worlds to receive it and, then, return to the natural world carrying the revelation. Sometimes the descent of revelation is accompanied with the sensual observation of the angel carrying it. In this case, the observation of the angel has occurred in the world of Ideas and the descent of the angel carrying revelation does not indicate separation from the station of divine proximity; rather, a small part of their existence is conceived by the prophet’s perceptive faculties. There are some shared truths regarding daemon in ancient Greek, div in Zoroastrian wisdom, and jinn in Islamic theology. Although daemon is in some cases distinguished from theos in Greek philosophy, it is usually confused with other divine existents, thus creating the challenge of how ancient Greek gods gradually turned into div and Satan during the Christian period and after that. In the same vein, there is not only a distinction but also total contrast and opposition between Divine gods and divs in Zoroastrian wisdom. The former is divine and good while the latter is evil and satanic. There is also an existent called “jinn” in Islamic worldview and teachings that is neither angel-like nor of an absolute evil nature. On the one hand, it is close to the world of immateriality and angels and can perform supernatural and superhuman acts; on the other hand, it is the origin of evil and wicked affairs in several cases, thus deserving the name of Satan. However, it is possible to explain the challenges related to ancient Greek daemons more accurately based on Muslim philosophers’ approach in classifying spiritual and immaterial existents and the distinctions that they make among angels, good jinns, and evils. This endeavor plays an important role in understanding the roots of the ideas held in ancient schools of philosophy, particularly in ancient Greece, so that one can clarify the role of daemons in ancient Greece more effectively.
