        Nanotechnology plays an important role in the scientific, economic, and political development of countries, so that adapting to today's dynamic world and becoming the leading power in the Middle East and a pioneer in this field is subject to the acquisition of nanotechnology and the related knowledge. One of the short-term, urgent and effective methods for obtaining knowledge and technology concerned with nanotechnology is technology transfer but despite its outstanding importance, little attention has been paid. On the other hand, in extraordinary circumstances imposed by the sanctions against Iran, the urgency of this issue increases, since the technical and knowledge interactions under sanctions are harder and more complex. Also, the possibility of complete transfer of knowledge and technology, especially in the field of high technologies such as nanotechnology decreases. Therefore, this study has aimed to design a customized model for Iran to facilitate making accurate and wise decisions about transfer of nanotechnology and the knowledge associated with that technology. To achieve this goal, three basic steps have been taken. First, eighteen major factors influencing the transfer of knowledge and technology of nano has been identified. Then, these factors have been weighed. Finally, they have been categorized into five clusters that are: 1. Technology source, 2. Technology receiver, 3. Technology process, 4. Technology nature, 5.         This article examined and also ranked effective factors on informal learning of employees in National Iran Petrochemical Company using AHP. Research method is evaluation. Using a simple random sampling method, we select a sample of 181 employees out of 336 employees in National Iran Petrochemical Company using Morgan table. Out of 181 questionnaires 143 ones returned. In order to gather data two separated questionnaires for measuring important factors of informal learning with 30 questions and pair comparison with 7 factors were used. Results of T tests showed that cultural, norms social values, industry type, motivation and personal factors are in good positions. This is while leadership style and organizational components are not in a good status. Finally using Analytic Hierarchy Process, our results show that leadership, cultural, organizational, personal, motivation and values, social norms and industry type respectively are the most important factors in the informal learning.         Considering the role of knowledge workers in knowledge-based organizations and the ‎importance of the motivation of this group of employees to enhance the effectiveness and ‎efficiency of the organization; the main objective of the research, identifying and ranking ‎the factors affecting the reduction of the motivation of knowledge workers and providing a ‎model for its improvement at the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry. After reviewing ‎the research literature and using the experts' opinions, the final research model was ‎prepared. This research is quantitative in terms of its approach, in terms of orientation, ‎applied and in terms of strategy, survey. The statistical population of the research is ‎managers, faculty members and researchers of the research institute of petroleum industry. ‎Fuzzy hierarchy analysis technique was used to rank the identified factors and was used ‎by experts. The results of the research indicate that the most important factors affecting ‎the reduction of motivation of knowledge workers in order of priority are the lack of ‎opportunities for improvement and progress; lack of challenging tasks; lack of freedom of ‎action and independence; the process of evaluating the uncertain performance of ‎employees; low salaries and benefits; Lack of managerial support; lack of direct ‎communication with the manager; and willing co-workers.‎ Manuscript profile
