The book of advice in Pahlavi language, attributed to the kings and wise men of the pre-Islamic era, provide not only piece of advice and general philosophy, but also ways of running the country and observing the law, and the king's treatment of his people, which in the past were orally conveyed from one generation to another and later at the early Islamic period were published in the form of writing, and soon were translated into Arabic. What is available today, is mostly translated from the Arabic version of these writings. Kheradnameye javidan is one of the most important of the translations the Pahlavi version of which no longer exists, however, due to the attempts made by Abu Ali Ahmad Inbn-e Mohammad Maskoyeh. This book has been translated into Persian many times and has left a profound impact on the Persian literature. The book of advice mainly focuses on the viewpoints of the pre-Islamic Iranians regarding the ruling methods of the kings and rulers, rather than the viewpoints of the kings themselves. During the last decade of the 20th century, along with extraordinarily fast developments and evolutions in computer-based communication, and also the increasingly widespread access of different societies to the internet and cyber-networks, considerable efforts have been made to find an appropriate pattern for studying internet and the dimensions of its political and social impacts. Among these efforts, the concept of public sphere defined according to sociological ideas of Jurgen Habermas has gained an outstanding status. In this field, researchers are usually interested in answering the question that whether computer-based communication in the net can pave the way for political development and reinforcement of democracy through the revival of public sphere? In order to answer this question, we have to basically know whether the idea of public sphere is an appropriate theoretical pattern for researching this field or not? Each of the theoretical works and researches accomplished during recent years -of which some are mentioned in this article- have taken some aspects of the concept of public sphere into consideration and have used the concept to study the relation between internet, politics and power, and also their reciprocal impacts. These studies suggest that according to many researchers the concept of public sphere proves to be an appropriate theoretical pattern; but except few scholars, all believe that this pattern needs some modification or adaptation to specific conditions of computer-based communication and the recent evolutions in different societies. In this paper, we focus on the relationship between ontology and political thought in Moslem philosophers’ views, especially in Iran. According to ancient philosophical systems, the ontological point of view is very important, and every intellectual argumentation, including political one, must be understood in the light of ontology. Islamic political philosophy consists in an idealism that rejects the political reality and opens new ideal horizons. This political idealism is based on the ontological foundations of Islamic philosophy; therefore, understanding Islamic political philosophy implies understanding its ontological and cosmological basis. This is important for the present article, especially in this point that according to Muslem philosophers an ideal political system should be of the same system as the whole cosmos. Discussing the basis of ideaism, the present paper, as a case study, aims to show that the Illuminationist philosophy of Suhrawadi has elaborated a new ontological system, based on the Light, and therefore, it can provide a new model for ideal politics. Nima’s especial understanding of poetry and the poets’ status has a normative signification that results in depicting a kind of utopian vision in his poems. Stressing “imagination” in poetry, Nima like European symbolists, makes closeness and sameness between poetry and truth, and then between the position of poet as poet and seer or clairvoyant. Such a closeness resulting in rejection of the present disorder, and offering an ideal world, is in line with the concept of ideology in political thought. In this way, Nima’s specific understanding of poetry gives way to a utopian thought that is known as the most obvious manifestation of social thought in his poetry. Manuscript profile

Islamic revolution that provided a new discourse in Iran socio-political area carrying a new discourse in foreign policy too that it contained concepts like against-arrogance (Istekbarsetizi), Jihad, poor government and … . but it did not take long from beginning that Iran encountered a destructive war from Iraq’s Baath’s regime that analyzing, explaining and interpreting it in different theories and approaches, can indicates its different aspects. In line with it, the main question is that what is the reason of occurring Iran-Iraq war? The forward hypothesis is that the area and context of conflict among Islamism discourse in Iran’s foreign policy and geopolitics discourse in Iraq’s foreign policy, on the one hand, and the conception and interpreting of Iraq’s commanders about Islamism discourse and its existing situation, on the other hand, caused the occurrence. The findings of this essay that is in form of library and documental method indicate that antagonism of Iraq’s geopolitics discourse (with revolution exportation contrast, Pan-Arabism and security signifiers) toward Islamism discourse of Islamic revolution (with revolution exportation, fighting against arrogance and national interestssignifiers) is clearly observable and what made Iraq as the war beginner, was Iraq’s officials conception aboutIran’s political instability situations at that time and the opposite discourse conflict with Iraq’s discourse. The relationship between religion and politics in the thought of Imam Ali has been an ontological and consistency column of the relationship between society and government. However, this framework, in symmetry to the pattern of realism in the intellectual system of Imam, is, as a concept, effective in creating legitimacy, participation, and advancement in the political system that can be planed, understood and labeled. In the framework, the process of conceptualizing realism by relying on rationality in two levels of thought, with emphasis on concepts such as human dignity, the right to choose people, the implementation of justice and the necessity of the state; and at the level of behavior with an emphasis on the political action of the Imam in determining the caliph, Adoption of arbitration and coexistence with religions will be formulated. This paper tries to achieve two important goals by applying Skinner's interpretation theory: On the other hand, the concept of realism can be understood in the thoughts and behavior of Imam Ali and, on the other hand, the effectiveness of realism in the balance of the part and the coherence of social forces are measured. Obviously, achieving these goals involves the implementation of a range of concepts and subjects. As a result, it is important to understand the framework of the discussion of the plan. 1) Attachment of Realism to Rationality 2) Relevance of Realism with Ideal 3) Conceptualization of Realism 4) Positioning of the environmental conditions and social contexts of the target. The negation of painful worldly affairs and trying to depict a purely good world in the mind of a human being who has experienced a descent from heaven to the earth has a long history. This thought has resulted in the development of the idea of Utopia by Western and Eastern thinkers. Khwajah Nasir al-Din Tusi and Ibn Sina are among the scholars who have theorized in this regard and elaborated on the various dimensions of their own Utopia. The present study was conducted using a descriptive design and examining the existing documents regarding Ibn Sina and Tusi’s views of Utopia. The results of the study indicate that the differences between their descriptions of Utopia pertain to their theoretical approach, their views of the kind of leadership and attributes of the head of Utopia, Ibn Sina’s hierarchical and class-oriented view, and an accurate view of the components of Utopia in Ibn Sina’s philosophy in comparison to Tusi, while they both agree with each other with respect to their worldviews, the conditions they set for attaining the leadership of Utopia, and compromising view of the existing status. Evidently, given the Islamic worldview of both thinkers, the findings of this study could be a useful first step for portraying an Islamic city. Manuscript profile

In this paper, by examining the ethical-gnostic identity of utopia in the views of Farabi (as the founder of Islamic philosophy) and Ibn Arabi (as the founder of Islamic gnosis), the writers portray the three main pillars of this state, namely, leadership, distinctive feature, and the purpose behind its establishment based on the fundamental concepts of perfection, justice, and ultimate happiness. They also demonstrate that these concepts are realized in their most sublime form in the Mahdawi Medina. From among the other problems discussed in this research, we can refer to the emphasis on the place of the intellect and knowledge in this regard as well as the instances of non-utopian cities in the eyes of these two thinkers. A comparative analysis of the ideas of Farabi and Ibn Arabi indicates that, in spite of their similar views concerning the main pillars of utopia, the basic principles of their gnostic and philosophical ideas and thoughts in this respect are different. From among these differences we can refer to the place of the problem of utopia, the foundations of the development of this idea, the language used to present it, determining its referent and expressing the level of its transcendence, and the quality of believing in the necessity of the objective realization of utopia. One of issues that managers face is decision about selecting a set of most appropriate projects. Choosing more effective projects and allocating resource optimally is part of strategic decisions in an organization which requires the judgment of specialists in evaluation process. In many cases, judgments of decision makers in evaluation have some uncertainty. Methods which take into account the ambiguity in human judgments accurately would be very desirable. The aim of this research is to propose a suitable approach for evaluation development projects and finally select the most suitable ones, based on qualitative and quantitative indices. Proposed approach takes into account the ambiguity in human judgments by using grey systems theory and vague sets theory which both are the fuzzy sets theory expanded. This hybrid approach would make it possible to select the most appropriate projects based on both qualitative and quantitative indices Manuscript profile

Startup accelerator program is a new incubation model to accelerate venture creation providing specialized mentorship, networking opportunities and financing growth driven businesses. Since emergence of the first accelerator in US in 2005, the number of seed accelerating programs has quickly grown worldwide. Performance evaluation of these emerging programs not only could clarify relative success of this new incubation approach but also help out Iranian emerging accelerators to benchmark from pioneers of the industry. The evaluation could also assist startups and entrepreneurs to find out which of the existing accelerators are well-performed and thus ease decision making to select them as their incubator. So in this paper we aim to measure the performance of US top accelerators using a DEA method combined with goal programing approach. The inputs of the evaluation consist of numbers of mentors and startups, investment on each startup in average and in general, and the share of accelerator in startup company. The outputs in turn are different and include number and value of exits, and fund raising. Comparison of the final result with Seed Accelerator Ranking Project (SARP), shows different sorting and it is due the distinct evaluation approach. SARP considers only outputs of accelerators but we take in to account both outputs and inputs in the evaluation which could better illustrate the efficiency of DMUs. Manuscript profile

In the present study, the supplier selection problem from a new perspective is formulated and solved. For this purpose, minimizing cost and minimizing delivery time and maximizing reliability are considered as objectives of the problem. The purchasing cost in discounted status, the order cost, the transportation cost, the shortage cost and the carrying cost, the components forming the cost objective function. In this research, the design of reliability in parallel systems is benchmarked for supplier selection, so that the supplier's set is considered as a system and each supplier as a component. After mathematical modeling of the problem, the objective functions are described as fuzzy goals and a fuzzy decision approach has been used to rewrite the proposed three-objective model as a single-objective model. The production of a final solution rather than a set of Pareto's solutions is one of the advantages of the proposed method, which prevents decision-making confusion. In order to describe the function and potential application of the proposed method, the supplier selection problem with the actual data was solved. Manuscript profile

Investment management in life insurance is very important because of its specific features. Unlike other insurance policies, life insurance is long-term and focused mainly on return on investment. Also, due to the 85% participation of insurers in the surplus of interest, the surplus in a period has little income for the insurance company, but the insurance company has a guaranteed return on the deficit. In addition, high return is one of the main factors of insurance companies competition in marketing. Also, insurance companies need to make sure they have enough liquidity to fulfill their obligations. Despite the fundamental differences between life insurance and property and liability insurance, No 60 Central Insurance Regulations do not differentiate between the investment of the above insurance reserves. In this study, we designed a portfolio optimization model for life insurance investments. Accordingly, the Markov Switching Vector Auto Regressive based on ideal optimization with contrasting goals set with the actual performance of the company. Optimization has been made in the portfolio of life insurance based on Moalem Insurance Company from 2012 to 2016. Investment weights have been implemented by simulating the Markov Switching VAR model with optimization objectives including maximizing insurance returns, minimizing shortfall, maximizing policyholder returns and minimizing liquidity shortages. Based on the results, the ideal planning optimization model produces more returns than the actual returns of the insurance and performs better in other objectives. As a result, this approach can be used to optimize life insurance investment portfolios in insurance companies. Manuscript profile

Knowledge as a strategic resource in organizations is a major and effective factor in creating and sustaining competitive advantage. In industrial clusters, which include a set of organizations with similar field of activities, there is a joint effort among members to save resources and enhance their competitive ability. One of these joint activities is the exchange of knowledge among the members, which reduces the cost of knowledge acquisition, increasing collaboration between companies, the ability to innovate and strengthen their competitive ability. In this paper, a goal programming model for the process of knowledge exchange in industrial clusters has been presented based on the data of industrial cluster of animal feed, poultry and aquaculture in Golestan and its results have been analyzed. Achieving the ideal degree of knowledge in the cluster and the amount of budget assigned are considered as two model ideals. In this model, for the process of knowledge exchange, there are two types of presence and non-attendance methods that have significant differences in terms of cost and duration of the transfer. Analyzing the model parameters and examining the results shows that the use of both face-to-face and non- attendance methods for the exchange of knowledge enables companies to flexibly participate in the process according to their working conditions and resources. It also provides better understanding to cluster managers in order to be able to make better decisions and planning in order to achieve greater returns from the knowledge transfer process, based on existing resources and goals. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to assess the ideal and actual affective states of opiate-dependent addicts and non-addict group and their relationship to personality characteristics. The retrospective research method was used in the present study .The statistical population consisted of all opiate-dependent individuals who themselves had referred to rehabilitation centers in Tehran in 2012. A sample of 30 opiate-dependents was chosen. Also, 30 non-addicts were selected by convenience sampling who were matched on age. The two groups filled out Affect Valuation Index (AVI) and Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI). Analyzing the data showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups in all subscales of the AVI (ideal) except for the subscale of HA. Also, significant differences were observed between the two groups in the subscales of P, LA, and N of actual AVI. Furthermore, there were significant differences in the NS, RD, and SD subscales of TCI. Regarding the differences between the addict and non-addict groups, significant differences existed in all subscales of actual AVI and ideal AVI except for the LAN and HAN subscales. In short, in terms of ideal and actual affective states and personality characteristics, there were differences between opiate-dependent individuals and non-addict groups. Manuscript profile

Society plays a role in the creation of artistic and literary works, and sociological studies of literature have different methods. Lucien Goldman, the owner of the theory of developmental structuralism, believes that the social class of the creator of the work affects his worldview and the worldview determines the structure of the work. In the upcoming research, the worldview of Bahar, Iraj Mirza, Aref Qazvini and Farrokhi Yazdi has been analyzed on this basis and based on the relationship between the worldview of these poets and the construction and application of the structural unit; That is, the compound addition to which the word fist is added, has been analyzed. The Fist of Time, the Strong Fist of Iran, the Hammer-like Fist, the Fist of Knowledge, the Fist of Jamaat and the Fist of Gold are the combinations thar are made by these poets. Every poet considers the fist (literally, power) to belong to something that is important in his worldview; The worldview of the poet who created "Fist of Times" is not the same as the worldview of the poet who created "Fist of Knowledge".Aref Qazvini has great ideals for Iran and the nation, and he considers natural sciences and national sovereignty to be the way to achieve them. Iraj Mirza is a prosperous prince and his ultimate will is to preserve the existing structure, so he is without ideals and knows the power of the economy and uses the golden fist. Although Farrokhi Yazdi is trying to take the side of new elements, his worldview remains an eclectic of traditional and new elements, and most of the socialist attractions are present in his worldview, and this is how he makes a hammer-like fist. The discontinuity that appears in different sections is caused by the difference in worldviews of the poets. Manuscript profile
