Abstract :
The overall purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of work consequences due to the prevalence of Covid 19 on organizational culture and work-life balance of employees. To prevent the spread of highly contagious disease, millions of people were forced by many governments around the world to use social and physical distance, as well as telecommuting staff in Iran and using one-third of employees in important offices and jobs. It was necessary to limit and cut the transmission chain. On the other hand, work life and private life of each person are necessary and necessary to each other and the personnel of an organization are its most important assets that play a fundamental role in transforming the organization. Therefore, in this study, the effect of Covid-19 on organizational culture and work-life balance of employees has been investigated. The present study is an applied research in terms of purpose and a descriptive research in terms of data collection method. This research has been done in the Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Organization of South Khorasan. Data collection tools were standard questionnaires. After confirming the validity and reliability of the instrument, the collected data were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS software using structural equation modeling. The results of data analysis showed that work outcomes due to the prevalence of Covid-19 have a significant effect on organizational culture and work-life balance. Also, the test of sub-hypotheses showed that the work consequences of the outbreak of Covid-19 have a significant effect on organizational mission, work participation, adaptability and employee compliance.
