Abstract :
With the continuous advancements in artificial intelligence techniques and the significant increase in hardware capabilities and processing speeds of computing systems, the widespread presence of intelligent systems in various fields has become possible. However, since all technological tools, including intelligent systems, have specific physical, ethical-social, and cultural consequences, it is essential to examine and reflect on the implications of such systems, and efforts should be made to mitigate these consequences as much as possible. This article employs an analytical library research method to identify stakeholders and individuals related to intelligent systems, subsequently identifying the harms and challenges associated with each layer. It then presents ethical codes related to intelligent systems from the perspective of technology philosophy and the Iranian-Islamic ecosystem at four levels: policymakers, designers, users, and the systems themselves, in order to prevent negative consequences.
