Abstract :
ObjObective: according to the science of organizational behavior, the personality of employees and its characteristics can affect the productivity and performance of employees. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of personality traits on employee productivity with the mediating role of cyberloafing. MetMhodology: This research is based on practical purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population of the research is the employees of the government organizations of Lorestan province, considering that the size of the statistical population is limited and specific, Cochran's sampling formula was used to determine the sample size, and at the 95% confidence level, the sample size was determined to be 384 people. Available sampling methods were selected. FinFidings: In the present study, standard questionnaires were used to collect information, and their validity and reliability were confirmed by content validity method and Cronbach's alpha. Structural equation modeling method and PLS software were used to test hypotheses and analyze data. Co Conclusion: The research findings showed that personality traits have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, and personality traits have a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing. On the other hand, cyberloafing has a negative and significant effect on employee productivity. Finally, it can be said that cyberloafing does not play a mediating role in the relationship between personality traits and employee productivity.
