The entrepreneurial mindset is the concept that works on the way of decision-making in entrepreneurial processes and tries to specify the differences between entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs in terms of the personality and cognitive systems that influence decision making. Despite growing studies have been done in the conceptual framework of the entrepreneurial mindset, this concept is faced with a lack of measurement tools that cover the broad dimensions of entrepreneurial decision-making. In this regard, the purpose of this research is to develop an instrumental tool for the entrepreneurial mindset. In the first section, the first items were identified with extensive study of the background of the research. Then, the final tool was designed in the form of 4 diminsion, 18 factors and 54 items with three steps of the Delphi method and applying present expert’s opinions in the panel. Participants in the Delphi section were entrepreneurship faculty, corporate and independent entrepreneurs, as well as several psychologists and psychiatrists. The results of the research indicate that all 54 final items are considered important for entrepreneurs and have an average of more than 4 in the Likert spectrum. Also, prioritizing the factors of the entrepreneurial mindset shows that the skills, personality traits of the first category, personality traits of the second category and motivators, in that order, have most significances in the formation of the entrepreneurial mindset. The results will help entrepreneurship policy makers and company managers to achieve a better understanding of potential entrepreneurial capabilities in individuals. Manuscript profile

The evolution of countries' economies from a resource-based economy to a knowledge-based economy doubles the need for universities to shift from teaching and research to triple education, research, and entrepreneurship. Students, as one of the most important human resources of universities, have a key role to play in this. The purpose of this study was to identify and measure the factors affecting entrepreneurial intention in engineering students of Al-Zahra University. For this purpose, a survey strategy with a sample size of 438 people was used. Research findings show that entrepreneurial personality traits have a significant positive relationship with students' attitudes to entrepreneurship. There is also a significant positive relationship between entrepreneurial attitude and students' entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, there was a significant positive relationship between perceived support for entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention, but no significant negative relationship between perceived barriers to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention. Also, among the various engineering disciplines, mechanical engineering students, and among the various academic years, freshman students have the most entrepreneurial intention. The most important policy recommendations in this study include entrepreneurship training for students, continuous monitoring of entrepreneurship attitudes and students' entrepreneurial intentions, and finally, promotional activities and structural reforms to increase student entrepreneurship support and reduce student entrepreneurship barriers. Given that Iran is on the path of development and older entrepreneurs have an increasing share in economic activities in developed countries, the category of elderly entrepreneurship can help accelerate the country's development. Therefore, the aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting aging entrepreneurship and model design with an interpretive structural approach. The present research is applied and based on the method, descriptive-correlation. The decision team consisted of 11 senior entrepreneurs and university professors. In the first step, the factors affecting elderly entrepreneurship were identified using in-depth interviews using data-based method, which includes 24 components in eight dimensions (personality traits, entrepreneurial skills, entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial attitude, cognitive factors, human networks and behavioral characteristics. Are entrepreneurs). In the second step, interpretive structural modeling with Excel software was used to present the model. The results showed that the elderly entrepreneurship model has four levels: human networks in the first level, dimensions (entrepreneurial skills, entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial attitude and cognitive factors) in the second level, entrepreneurial behavioral characteristics in the third level and personality traits in the fourth level. Are located. Therefore, it can be said that the foundation of aging entrepreneurship is personality traits. Also, MICMAC analysis showed that the dimensions (1-8) are in the independent cluster and the dimension (7) is in the dependent cluster and the dimensions (2-3-4-5-6) are in the link cluster. Findings Research reflects aging entrepreneurship as a process of seizing opportunities by combining resources by human factors in order to create new values. Manuscript profile

Examining and recognizing the personality traits of individuals in many cases can be a good motivator for achieving an educational and professional career based on the interests and tastes of learners. One of the most successful tests in the field of personality is the Myers-Briggs personality test (Mbti test). The Myers-Briggs (Mbti) personality test identifies 16 personality types by considering a set of psychological contradictions. In this study, architecture students at different levels of associate and bachelor were targeted, Not only to discover and identify the dominant personality of architecture students of the Technical and Vocational University, but also investigate the homogeneity of the dominant personality with the architectural profession. The results show that the dominant personality type of students in Associate Degree in Architecture were ESFP (extroverted, sensory, emotional and perceptual), Interior Architecture Students were ESTJ (extroverted, sensory, thinking and judgmental) and Undergraduate students of architecture were INTP (introverted, Intuitive, thinking and perceptual). The results also showed that there is a significant relationship between students' field of study (field of Architecture and Interior Architecture) and Mbti personality types. On the other hand, there is no significant relationship between students' academic achievement and their personality types. The results indicate that the tendencies of the students present in this university are mostly in line with the goals of the university and this point can Facilitate the selection and guidance of students in their careers. The aim of this paper is to investigate relations between an isolated dimension of Big Five personality traits and job satisfaction and the mediating effects of procedural justice and job stress on this relationship .Data was gathered via a questionnaire in a correlational study of Big Five Inventory (21 items), Minnesota Job Satisfaction scale (19 items), Gray Taft-Anderson nursing stress scale (34 items) and Niehoff-Moorman organizational Justice (in the latter only the 6 items concerning procedural justice were used). data was analyzed by using SPSS v26 and PLS-SEM v3. It was found that across the traits, agreeableness and openness to experience had the strongest relationship with job satisfaction, while the others did not have any relationship with job satisfaction. Procedural justice completely mediated the association between agreeableness and job satisfaction, and it was true about job stress as the mediating between big 5 and job satisfaction. despite the supposed path for the relationship between big 5 personality traits and job satisfaction through simultaneous effect of the two mediating variables of perception of procedural justice and job stress on job satisfaction, the mentioned path was not realized and had no effect in the model. job stress had statistically significant effect on job satisfaction and the same was true between perception of procedural justice and job satisfaction.
