Explanation of the right of divine guardianship, in the supplications of Amir al-Mominin (AS), with emphasis on the supplication on Shura Day

The authority and sovereignty over the people are intrinsically and primarily the exclusive property of the Almighty God. He has given this right to his chosen ones, i.e. the prophets and Imams (pbuh). The virtues and privileges stated in the Holy Qur'an and the traditions of the Prophet (pbuh) regarding the Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt (pbuh) show that they - and not others - deserve this divine right. By explaining his virtues in the form of argumentation and Munashada (making argument by swearing an oath), Amir al-Mominin Ali (pbuh) pursued his divine right and duty and did not retreat from it - as much as possible; As after the caliphate, he continued his enlightening Munashadat. Imam's Munashada on consultation Day (Yum al-Shura) is one of his most important Munashadat before his caliphate. The purpose of this research is to recover and compare this Munashada in Shia and Sunni sources. This research is organized by comparative descriptive method and collection of mate rials in library form. The findings of this research indicate the behavioral and speech efforts of Amir al-Mominin (pbuh) in the path of achieving his divine right and duty in the authority over the people; This was done, among other things, by explaining his specific virtues in the form of Munashadat and especially Munashada on the day of the Shura.

تبیین حق ولایت الهی در مناشدات امیرالمومنین(ع)
با تاکید بر مناشده در روز شُورا (یوم الشوری)

ولایت و حاکمیت بر مردم، بهطور ذاتی و اوّلی در انحصار خدای متعال است. او این حقّ خویش را در اختیار برگزیدگانش، یعنی پیامبران و اوصیای آنان(ع)، قرار داده است. فضایل و امتیازات بیانشده در قرآن کریم و روایات نبوی(ص) در شأن امامان اهلبیت(ع)، گویای شایستگی آنان - و نه دیگران- در برخورداری از این حق الهی است. امیرالمومنین علی(ع) با تبیین فضایل خویش در قالب احتجاج و مناشده، پیگیر حق و تکلیف الهی خویش بود و از آن کوتاه نیامد - حتیالامکان؛ چنانکه پس از خلافت نیز، مناشدات روشنگرانه را ادامه داد. مناشده حضرت در روز شورا (یوم الشوری) از مهمترین مناشدات ایشان پیش از خلافت خویش است. هدف این پژوهش، بازیابی و بررسی تطبیقی این مناشده در منابع فریقین است. این تحقیق به روش توصیفی تطبیقی و گردآوری مطالب بهصورت کتابخانهای سامان یافته است. یافتههای این پژوهش حاکی از تلاشهای رفتاری و گفتاری امیرالمومنین(ع) در مسیر دستیابی به حق و تکلیف الهی خود در ولایت بر مردم است؛ که این امر، ازجمله با تبیین فضایل اختصاصی خود در قالب مناشدات و بهویژه مناشده در روز شورا انجام گرفته بود.
