Abstract :
Solar energy in Iran Iran is located between 25 and 40 degrees north latitude and is located in an area that is among the highest in the world in terms of receiving solar energy. The amount of solar radiation in Iran is estimated between 1800 and 2200 kilowatt hours per square meter per year, which is higher than the world average. In Iran, more than 280 sunny days have been reported annually on average, which is very significant. One of the most important applications of solar energy in the electricity industry is the use of photovoltaic panels to convert solar energy into electrical energy. A solar cell in the electricity industry is an electronic component that converts sunlight directly into electricity. and it becomes a voltage, and in this way electric power is produced. Certainly, the use of solar cells with high and new technology is a suitable and economical solution for the production of electric energy in the long term.
