Abstract :
Objective: Micro-learning as one of the most important approaches plays an important role in making staff training effective and developing their competencies. The purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual model of curriculum based on micro-learning in order to develop the competency of team building of Rytl company managers. Materials and Methods: The present study was qualitative and was performed using data foundation theory. Participants in the study included presidents, managers of companies and organizations, university professors, specialists and experts in the field of curriculum planning. Using purposive sampling approach and semi-structured interviews with 30 people, theoretical saturation was obtained in the data. Results: The results showed that the central category of the present study is the curriculum model of organizations which was analyzed in four dimensions of purpose, content, teaching-learning methods and evaluation. These curriculum elements are based on causal conditions and lead to strategies. These conditions and processes lead to consequences in the curriculum of organizations. The combination of these actions and reactions takes place in a context in which strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats provide the necessary context for this. Conclusion: Despite the weaknesses and challenges associated with micro-learning, but the view of experts is positive about the existence of a curriculum based on micro-learning. This means that a micro-learning curriculum model can be used to build team competencies.
