Abstract :
Today, organizations are exposed to numerous injuries and damages, which is referred to as organizational trauma, and the need to manage these shocks is at the forefront of the current affairs of organizations. In this study, the role of quantum management in emotional fatigue was monitored by emphasizing the mediation of organizational trauma in Sepah Bank in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. This research is in the category of descriptive-correlational research in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this study is all employees of Sepah Bank in all branches of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, which according to the latest census is estimated at 214 people. The sample size was calculated using Cochran's formula, 138 people. The collection tool in this study is the standard. Structural equation modeling method (smart pls) was used to analyze the collected data. In general, the research hypotheses were confirmed and the results showed that quantum management has a positive and significant effect on emotional fatigue and organizational trauma and organizational trauma has a positive all employees of Sepah Bank in all branches of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, which according to the latest census is estimated at 214 people.
