The Effectiveness of Effective Factors on the Effectiveness of E-Learning and Interaction in Organizational Training

Abstract :
Organizations and institutions in the current world require well-trained and skilled managers and personnel who, while being knowledgeable, have the power to make decisions and can make their decisions based on the ability to think and act and communicate with others, and in line with Making optimal decisions through special decisions and upgrades will put the success of the next generation on the agenda, which will not be possible due to the current conditions of private life and today's work in physical classes or full-time apprenticeships. In other words, traditional teaching methods alone can not respond to the changing and changing world of today, and the e-learning environment needs to be institutionalized. This research seeks to investigate the effectiveness of effective factors on e-learning in organization training, which has been conducted using quantitative approach and survey approach. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire and in order to collect information, questionnaires were distributed among staff of Tehran Mellat province and the data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the factors influencing e-learning and the combination of informal education of organizations, which include 5 educational management departments, educational content, instructors 'conditions, learners' conditions and educational methods, are confirmed by respondents and their responses indicate that their performance Ideally, it will have a significant impact on the effectiveness of organizational education.
