عوامل اثرگذار بر مدیریت دانش در سازمان‌ها: مروری نظام‌مند با فراترکیب

ملخص المقالة :
اهمیت مدیریت دانش برای اکثر سازمان‌ها در جهان ثابت شده است. سازمان‌ها در تلاش هستند که برای اجرای هرچه بهتر و کارآمدتر این فرایند بهترین عوامل را درنظرگرفته و آن‌ها را در عمل به کار گیرند. با توجه به اینکه حجم زیادی از مقاله‌های داخلی و خارجی به شناسایی و بررسی این عوامل پرداختند هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی و بررسی عوامل اثرگذار بر مدیریت دانش در سازمان‌ها می‌باشد. برای این منظور در این پژوهش از روش کیفی مرور نظام‌مند یکپارچه فراترکیب و برای تجزیه و تحلیل منابع مطالعاتی از مراحل هفت مرحله‌ای سندلوسکی و باروسو استفاده شد. به منظور یافتن مقاله‌های موردنظر به جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی داخلی و خارجی اعم از SID، Noormags، Scopus، Google Scholar و Eric پرداخته شد. در نهایت 30 مقاله برای مرور انتخاب گردید و داده‌های دریافتی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتیجه این تجزیه و تحلیل استخراج 6 مقوله محوری، 18 مقوله اصلی و 148 مقوله فرعی بود که شامل نیروی انسانی(خود توسعه‌ای و وجه ممیز نیروی انسانی)؛ فرایندهای سازمانی(کارکردهای مالی و فرایند مدیریت دانش)؛ عوامل سازمانی(فرهنگ سازمانی، فناوری اطلاعات، ساختار سازمانی و مدیریت سازمان)؛ توسعه سرمایه انسانی(توسعه منابع انسانی توسط سازمان، انگیزش و تشویق، استخدام کارآمد، آموزش، نظارت و کنترل و تحقیق و پژوهش)؛ قوانین و مقررات و چشم‌اندازهای سازمانی(آیین‌نامه‌های سازمانی و راهبردهای سازمانی) و عوامل برون سازمانی(فشار سیاسی و فشار اقتصادی) بودند. یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌تواند راهنمای مناسبی برای دست‌اندرکاران سازمانی باشد که برای تحقق امر مدیریت دانش در سازمان اهمیت ویژه‌ای قائل هستند.
