رابطه اخلاق وظيفه گرا و اهداف پيشرفت: نقش واسطه اي منبع کنترل

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين رابطه اخلاق وظيفه گرا و اهداف پيشرفت با واسطه گري منبع کنترل به انجام رسيده است. اين پژوهش به روش توصيفي- همبستگي انجام گرفت. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل دانشجويان مقطع کارشناسي دانشگاه شيراز بودند؛ که از آن ميان 440 دانشجو (221 دختر) و (219 پسر) به شيوه نمونه گيري تصادفي خوشه اي چند مرحله اي انتخاب شدند؛ و به پرسشنامه هاي اخلاق وظيفه گرا، منبع کنترل و اهداف پيشرفت پاسخ دادند. جهت پاسخگويي به فرضيه هاي پژوهش از تحليل مسير در مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري استفاده گرديد. نتايج نشان داد که اگرچه وظيفه شناسي و معتمد بودن با هر سه هدف پيشرفت عملکردگرايي، تبحرگرايي و تبحرگريزي رابطه مثبت و معني دار دارند؛ امّا با هدف عملکردگرايي ميزان رابطه بيشتر است. همچنين نتايج نشان داد که منبع کنترل مي تواند در رابطه بين اخلاق وظيفه گرا و اهداف پيشرفت واسطه گري کند. از ديگر نتايج اين پژوهش مي توان به رابطه معني دار منبع کنترل دروني و بيروني با هر سه هدف پيشرفت حاضر در پژوهش اشاره کرد. نتايج اين پژوهش به توسعه دانش نظري در مورد نقش پيشايندي منش هاي اخلاقي و منبع کنترل در رابطه با اهداف پيشرفت کمک شاياني مي کند. همچنين به لحاظ کاربردي، تلويح نتايج پژوهش آن است که با آموزش منش هاي اخلاقي وظيفه شناسي و معتمد بودن و بازآموزي اسنادي (منبع کنترل) مي توان به رشد اهداف پيشرفت مناسب کمک نمود.
