ملخص المقالة :
اين پژوهش با هدف تعيين اثر تعديلي عدم قطعيت در محيط کار در رابطة بين ابهام نقش و پرخاشگري فيزيکي و روانشناختي در محيط کار انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات همبستگي بوده و شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش شامل 279 نفر از كاركنان شرکت پلي اکريل ايران بودند که به صورت نمونه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهاي استفاده شده شامل مقياس عدم قطعيت در محيط کار، مقياس ابهام نقش و پرسشنامه پرخاشگري فيزيکي و روانشناختي بود. داده ها توسط رگرسيون سلسله مراتبي و تحليل تعديلي مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد زمانيکه عدم قطعيت در محيط کار بالا باشد، پرخاشگري فيزيکي و روانشناختي افزايش مي يابد. همچنين اثر تعديلي عدم قطعيت در محيط کار در رابطه بين ابهام نقش و پرخاشگري فيزيکي و روانشناختي در محيط کار، تأييد گرديد.
