نیازسنجی آموزشی پرستاران مراکز درمانی مرتبط با فرآیند انتقال خون

چکیده مقاله :
تعیین نیازهای آموزشی پرستاران مرتبط با فرآیند انتقال خون ميتواند منجر به بهبود دانش و مهارتها، ارتقا کيفيت خدمات ارائه شده و عملکرد بهتر آنها شود. این مطالعه جهت تعیین نیازهای آموزشی پرستاران مرتبط با فرآیند انتقال خون صورت پذیرفت. جامعه آماری این مطالعه پرستاران خبره شاغل در بیمارستانهای سراسر کشور میباشد و نمونهگیری این جامعه آماری بر اساس ترکیب روش طبقهبندی، ملاکمدار و تصادفی میباشد .ابزار کار پژوهش حاضر یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته که تلفیقی از دو روش استاندارد مهارت و دیکوم میباشد. از بین پرستاران منتخب از سوی بیمارستانها پس از مصاحبه، یک گروه به صورت هدفمند انتخاب گردید. برای پرستاران منتخب در سازمان انتقال خون جلسات آموزشی جهت تکمیل ابزار کار گذاشته شد. با استفاده از ابزار کار عنوان وظایف کلی ، وظایف فرعی و اولویتبندی وظایف فرعی مشخص گردید. سپس دانش، مهارت و نگرشهای مورد نیاز در زمینه شایستگیها، محتوای آموزشی و اهداف رفتاری مشخص شد. در نهایت دورههای آموزشی مرتبط با وظایف و فعالیتها مشخص شد.کارشناسان خبره انتقال خون اطلاعات جمعآوری شده را مورد نقد و بررسی قرار دادند. اطلاعات با سایت o*net مطابقت داده شد پس از جمعبندی جهت اعتباریابی توسط گروههای کانونی که شامل پرستاران خبره منتخب و متخصصان انتقال خون مورد نقد و بررسی قرارگرفت و تائید نهائی صورت پذیرفت. نتایج بهدست آمده شامل 7 وظیفه اصلی و 42 وظیفه فرعی می باشد، همچنین اولویتبندی وظایف فرعی، سطوح و حیطه شایستگی برای هر وظیفه مشخص گردید. و در نهایت 10عنوان دوره آموزشی جهت طراحی دورههای آموزشی استخراج گردید.
Determining the educational needs of nurses related to the blood transfusion process can lead to the improvement of knowledge and skills, the improvement of the quality of services provided, and higher performance. This study was conducted with the purpose of determining the educational needs of nurses related to the blood transfusion process. The statistical population of this study was expert nurses working in hospitals all over the country, and the sampling of this statistical population were selected based on the combination of classification, criteria-based and random methods. The tool of the present research was a researcher-made questionnaire, which was a combination of two standard methods of skill and DICOM. Among the nurses selected by the hospitals after the interview, a group was selected purposefully. Training sessions were held for the selected nurses in the blood transfusion organization to complete the tool. By using the work tool, the titles of general tasks, subtasks and prioritization of sub-tasks were determined. Then the required knowledge, skills and attitudes in the field of competencies, educational content and behavioral goals were specified. Finally, the training courses related to the tasks and activities were determined. Blood transfusion experts reviewed the collected information. The information matched with o*net website after being summarized for validation by focus groups that included selected expert nurses and blood transfusion specialists, and the final approval was made. The obtained results included 7 main tasks and 42 sub-tasks, also the prioritization of sub-tasks, levels and scope of competence for each task were determined. And finally, 10 educational course titles were extracted for designing educational courses.
