مقایسه دیدگاههای مختلف درباره رابطه هوشمندی کسبوکار و مدیریت دانش

چکیده مقاله :
امروزه، داشتن توانایی آیندهنگری و تصمیمگیری درست برای هر سازمانی ضروری است. سازمانهای موفق و پیشرفته برای بقا در محیط رقابتی و با تغییرات سریع راهبرد دانشمحوری را برگزیدهاند. روش مقابله با تغییرات و تصمیمگیری مناسب در مقابل آنها نقشی محوری در آینده سازمان ایفا میکند. دو مفهومی که در تصمیمگیریهای مدیران نقش اساسی ایفا میکنند، مدیریت دانش و هوشمندی کسبوکار هستند. هوشمندی کسبوکار و مدیریت دانش مفاهیمی با حوزه بسیار نزدیک به هم و شاید مشابه هستند که تاکنون روابط روشن و مناسب بین این دو مفهوم به درستی مشخص نشده است و بیشتر مدیران در تعیین مرز بین این دو مفهوم دچار مشکل میشوند. محققان درباره نوع ارتباط بین آنها نظرهای متفاوتی دارند. در این مقاله، ابتدا هوشمندی کسبوکار و مدیریت دانش تعریف خواهد شد و پس از آن دیدگاههای محققان مختلف درباره نوع ارتباط آنها بیان میشود. بهطور کلی، مشخص شده است که مدیریت دانش و هوشمندی کسبوکار هر دو اهداف مشترک دارند و فرآیند تصمیمگیری را بهبود میبخشند و پیادهسازی و اجرای این دو در سازمانها از مزیتهای رقابتی سازمان محسوب میشود. با این حال، مدیریت دانش شامل هر دو نوع دانش ضمنی و صریح است و دادههای غیرساختیافته را هم در نظر میگیرد. درحالیکه هوشمندی کسبوکار بیشتر روی دانش صریح تمرکز میکند. در نهایت با بیان ضعفهای هریک نتیجهگیری میشود که فارغ از نوع ارتباط این دو، مدیریت دانش و هوشمندی کسبوکار باید باهم ادغام شوند، چراکه هریک مزایا و معایبی دارند.
Nowadays, having the ability of foresight and decision-making is essential for any organization. Advanced and successful organizations have chosen knowledge-oriented strategy to survive in the competitive and rapidly changing environments. Handling of changes and good decision making about them plays a central role in the future success or failure of organizations. Two important concepts that have important role in managers’ decision makings are Business Intelligence (BI) and Knowledge Management (KM). Business intelligence and knowledge management are relative concepts to each other .The relations between these concepts has not been yet offered clearly and determining the boundary of these two concepts is difficult for managers. Researchers have considered different links between them. In this paper, business intelligence and knowledge management will be defined and then different viewpoints about the type of relationship between these concepts will be expressed. In general, it is recognized that knowledge management and business intelligence both have common and same goal which is improving decision-making process and finally improving the business performance. Implementation and execution of these concepts would consider as organization's competitive advantage. However, knowledge management, including both explicit and tacit knowledge, and also considers unstructured data, while business intelligence generally focuses on explicit knowledge. Finally, concluded that, knowledge management and business intelligence should be integrated regardless of the type of relationship between them, because each has advantages and disadvantages.
