Effective knowledge sharing among employees may considerably influence organizational performance of organizations. Therefore, this study intends to examine impacts of quality of work life on forming knowledge-sharing behavior in a research center in Iran. This is a descriptive research and an applied research from objective perspective and a survey due to data gathering method. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze research hypotheses. A questionnaire was developed for measuring quality of work life, knowledge-sharing attitude, intention, and behavior based on prior research and distributed in target population. An analysis of 317 completed and valid questionnaires showed that quality of work life has a positive significant effect on knowledge-sharing attitude and behavior in studied organization. In addition, attitude toward knowledge sharing can enhance the tension toward knowledge sharing which in turn can improve real knowledge-sharing behaviors. Moreover, research findings indicated that among quality of work life dimensions, constitutionalism in work is the most influential factor of knowledge sharing. Finally, according to research findings, practical implications for managers and knowledge management practitioners as well as suggestions for future research to fill the research gap are proposed. One of the key pillars in the development of any country is the employment issue and its related challenges that developing strategies in this field and its diagnosis is not hidden from anyone. The aim of this study was to explain informal employment in Iran according to its increasing statistics and to examine its relationship with the most important indicators of work life development including job satisfaction/dissatisfaction, job attitude, and quality of work life. The statistical population of the study consists of formal and informal workers in small and medium workshops in selected cities of Iran. Due to the large size of the statistical population and the difficulty of access to all workers, 980 of them were sampled. Finally, 887 acceptable questionnaires were collected, of which 489 were related to informal workers and 398 were related to formal workers. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results show that the indicators of job satisfaction, job attitude, and quality of work life are significantly lower for employees who have informal employment. Moreover, informal employment statistics in the surveyed cities, on average, is about 55%, which due to its increase compared to previous years and its negative consequences, especially in business development, recommendations were provided to solve this problem. To assess the reliability are used Cronbach's alpha and SPSS software, Where was obtained; reliability coefficient of performance assessment questionnaire 0/84, Reliability coefficients quality of work life questionnaire 0/88 and Reliability coefficient of training method 0/79. In order to analyze data and determine the relationship between the three variables, we used correlation test and to check whether or not a significant difference was used analysis of variance. This study indicates that "the relationship between quality of work life and performance of staff is significant in level of 0/014 with training staff. The main results of this study indicated an inverse relation between the level of education of employees and their willingness to learn. Manuscript profile

Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via PLS software. Data analysis indicated that quality of work life and organizational socialization had no direct or significant effect on cognitive empowerment. On the other hand, the direct effect of quality of work life and organizational socialization on organizational learning was significant; also, the indirect effect of quality of work life and organizational socialization on cognitive empowerment was significant.
