Recognizing and determining the suitability and talent of the earth is one of the primary measures in spatial and environmental planning for physical and urban development. The aim of this research is to identify and determine the spatial distribution of suitable areas for physical development in Guilan province. Land suitability was determined by hierarchical process analysis (AHP) method and using seven natural criteria including gradient, altitude, cover, rainfall, distance from fault, rock, soil. The land suitability for physical development was divided into three large, moderate and low classes, and its zoning map was prepared. The results showed that, regardless of the protected areas and the wetland, about 62% of the study area is located in the class with a high proportion. With the consideration of other parameters, these areas can be considered for developmental planning by planners and policy makers. Manuscript profile

The development of settlements has led to the identification of suitable locations for urban development goals as one of the priorities of urban planners. Accordingly, the present study tries to explore the natural environment of the city of Harsin for the development of residential areas with a view to future development. The present research is based on library, field and software methods. In this research, eight criteria included Elevation, Slope, Aspect, Distance from the River, Distance from Fault, Lithology, Road and Land use has been used. The research methodology is a combination of the preparation of information layers in the ARC GIS environment, Standardization by Fuzzy Logic and Weighing in the form of AHP model and zoning using two models of OWA and WLC. The results showed that the present and current urban area in terms of environmental and geomorphological parameters in the research is in good relative condition and based on the models used by OWA and WLC, it is 8.8 and 9.6 square kilometers, respectively. Nevertheless, there are inappropriate areas in the direction of urban development and urbanization of Harsin which often include mountain units and high Slope region, Rivers and Faults. The final result of the research also indicates the significant role of geomorphic units in the formation of urban systems And on this basis, we can say The present study, with the existing system-based comparative approach, is an effective model for managing the development of around- cities areas in the future. One of the basic prerequisites for living in rural communities is the availability of minimum facilities and welfare services. Various measures have been taken by related organizations in order to provide villagers with welfare and physical services. In order to establish a comprehensive correlation between rural development services and the creation of a support institution for rural managers, a co-opment of the diner with the aim of intellectual and financial support from the Dehairan was formed in 2009. The formation of cooperatives in rural areas can contribute to the comprehensive development of villages and accelerate them more rapidly. The formation phase of cooperatives, income generation, self-sufficiency, and lowering the cost of production and increasing the quality of the project and, in general, participation in the development and services sectors. The main objective of this research is to investigate the role of cooperatives in the development of spatial physical services in rural areas of central part of Gorgan city. This research was done in the field of field studies and applied in practice. The community of this research includes rural diners and rural influences. The main instrument of the research is self-made questionnaire by the researcher. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were confirmed by experts and through the Cronbach alpha coefficient (alpha = 0.82). Correlation and meaningful correlations such as Friedman, Kruskal Wallis and Mann Whitney were used to assess the public satisfaction of the spatial physical services of the cooperative. The results of the findings showed that the cooperatives in the areas of infrastructure and welfare services have managed to achieve success, but in the areas of space and rural development, they have not achieved much success, on the other hand, the lack of the enumeration of councils and cooperative members of the dormitories It is for such cooperatives to be one of the most important problems in relation to their duties. Abstract The physical collapse of city peripheral villages for physical undirected growth faced these villages with numerous challenges in economic and social fields. Therefore, conducting local projects in the country such as Hadi Projects is essential to reform the existing conditions and physical development of these villages. This study aimed to assess the practical impact of physical development projects on the Marivan peripheral villages by means of a descriptive - analytical method and data collection through library studies and field surveys based on stratified random distribution questionnaire among 250 households of the villages and 13 regional's rural development experts. Seeking to identify the current status of the villages, and solutions for their optimal physical development. Determining the sample size using the Cochran formula from among 1122 households in the sample villages and determining the share of each village from the total number of questionnaires by stratified method. The analysis of collected data by using descriptive, average index(One sample chi do and T inferential statistics) and weighting of Indices with Delphi method in EXPERT CHOICE software And prioritize them with the VIKOR technique show the Hadi projects have resulted in the physical development of villages, According to the average calculated sum of 3.50, the satisfactory level causes the physical development of the studied villages. In this case, the quality dimension of the passages with the average calculated 3.62 has the highest improvement of the condition of conducting the designsand Ney village has had the highest level of influence and physical development. Eliminate deprivation and rural development, one of the programs on the agenda is the implementation of the rural master plan to provide equitable facilities through physical transformation of the village, creating facilities it has been social-productive, providing public services and improving the housing of the villagers. The effects of conductor designs are limited to changes in physical texture and less attention is paid to the economic factor in its implementation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of pilot projects in the development of physical development and identification of living space from the perspective of residents. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive-analytical approach, which has been done with a sample of 250 people from rural areas in Rasht. Data collection tools in this study included: library studies to collect information related to research literature and then field research through observation and questionnaires. The statistical population of the study is the villagers living in the villages of Rasht city. In this study, the correlation method by Kiiging method has been used for physical identity. In other words, the data analysis method is based on spatial statistics. The results indicate that the pattern of spatial distribution of physical identity variables in the villages of Rasht city is linear (north-south), which means that the villages located in the south, center and north are in a more favorable situation.
