The Ideal thing to each national government is its nation enjoyment that is integrated among its members, significant differences linguistic, religious, ethnic and racial there and everyone belongs to a comprehensive national identity remember. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the geographical distribution Ethnicity of Iran and its role in the future development of the country that the descriptive - analytical and field studies in this area have been used. First the index of mining and adherence to their national unity and solidarity among nations of Iran border have been investigated which the index is used in the field of seven. The findings obtained from MADM methods and analytical models SAR shows that among people living in border Lor by a factor of 0.67, the highest level of commitment and people Kurdish and Baluchi coefficient of 1.240.6 and 1.25, respectively, with the lowest level of compliance in cross-border inter-ethnic unity and integrity are indicators. Some centrifugal forces on the border of Baluchistan and Kurdistan are existed that somehow and in some cases have been proposed as potential hotbeds of crisis. Kurds and the Baluch of Pakistan in Iraq can be considered as hotbeds of tension and crisis which caused the formation of future developments in the aforementioned boundaries. Manuscript profile

This study was conducted to assess rural development in the rural districts of the province, applied research is a method of utilizing Association with Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making. Research Methodology descriptive and analytical and the data gathering method documents and collect the purposes of the research data and information on population and housing census statistics tables and forms common(especially Statistical Yearbook 2011 Bushehr province). The study population was the whole Rural district of Bushehr Province, To assess the level of their development, with 84 components in the form of development indicators from official statistics Bushehr Province and examined using the technique of Fuzzy VIKOR. The findings of research analysis outlining a space for unequal region and unfair allocation of resources and rural services in rural areas of Bushehr Province, Showed that a total of indicators, Rural districts suburbs (county of Bushehr), Assaluyeh, Zyrrah, Poshtkuh, Has the highest rate development and rural districts Anarstan, Bordekhoon, Lyravy middle and Abdan have had the lowest rates of rural development. In the end to eliminate regional imbalances in Bushehr Province and social justice in rural areas of Counties of Bushehr Province, Was presented applied suggestions and determined development priorities to segregation rural district. The different rate of having in factors, including natural, economic, social and political factors, causes or increases regional inequality. Attention to balanced and all-embracing development approach in the provinces, reducing inhomogeneity and inequality, and creating territorial justice, policy and planning for the realization of goals that vary with regard to the structural features, facilities and constraints of each province, requires studying and recognizing the characteristics of each province according to its position in the whole country. In this research, the status of different provinces of the country in the fileds of "social, cultural and economic", "economic and productive" and "infrastructure and technology" were reviewed and compared, in terms of development and progress, by K-means as one of the Clustering Analysis methods. The results of the ranking of the province indicate different positions of the provinces. By determining the level of progress of the province at the five levels, the priorities of the provinces are determined. For example, while the province of Isfahan is classified as a developd province for its infrastructure, it is a developing province in the economic and social indicators. Or Tehran province, while it is a developed province in the infrastructural and economic indicators, it is an undeveloped province, in the social indicators, at the same time. Manuscript profile

Wireless body area networks (WBAN) may be deployed on each person’s body for pervasive and real time health monitoring. As WBANs deal with personal health data, securing the data during communication is essential. Therefore, enabling secure communication in this area has been considered as an important challenge. Due to the WBAN characteristics and constraints caused by the small size of the nodes, selection of the best key agreement scheme is very important. This paper intends to evaluate different key agreement schemes in WBANs and find the best one. To achieve this goal, three schemes from existing research named OPFKA, PSKA and ECG-IJS are considered and a fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) method is employed to find the best scheme.
