The frequency multipliers are widely used in microwave and wireless transceivers. This paper introduces an accurate technique to model and to design a microwave frequency multiplier using HEMT transistors. Based upon this technique, a frequency doubler in C band and a frequency tripler in Ku band are designed and implemented. The excellent agreement between simulation and measurement results shows the validity and the accuracy of the technique
