        Skills training is an essential element for the development of human capital and achieving the goals of sustainable development of the land. This type of training has a special place in the private and public sectors. On the other hand, the acceptance of the training provided by the responsible organizations is an important issue that leads to the sustainability and continuity of skills training and on the other hand leads to improving the performance of responsible institutions and organizations. In this research, an attempt was made to plan and plan with a new approach, ie combining strategic attitude with market-oriented policy, development of skill, technical and professional training in South Khorasan province. The results of the research confirm that in areas where South Khorasan province has the potential of natural environment (such as mines), the lack or lack of skill training can also be seen. This issue has been exacerbated due to changes in the current economic and social environment of the country and the region. Also, part of the skills, technical and professional training that has been done so far in the province, was not in line with the real needs of society and did not lead to the necessary results. This means that the loss of resources and capital in the field of skills training in the province is one of the epidemics that needs to change fundamentally.         The present study was conducted to investigate the needed skills of independent auditors, financial managers and financial analysts in Tehran Stock Exchange. In this research, a "Katz skills model", which includes technical, human, and conceptual skills, is used to assess the required skills. This research is a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population consists of all independent auditors, financial managers and financial analysts employed in the accepted companies of Tehran Stock Exchange between 1382 and 1392. The sample size was 456 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire whose reliability was calculated by SPSS software and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 92%.The results of the research showed that in first question, the need for the population of research in technical is more than other needs. In the second question, there was no relationship observed between education and the skills of people. The results of the third question showed that there was no relationship between the years of service and the skills of people. Also, the results of question 4 indicated that there was no relationship between the field of professional activity domain and the skills of people. Manuscript profile

        The present study attempts to answer the question in terms of the indicators and the criteria affecting the educational needs assessment with the approach of realizing organizational strategies in Abadan Oil Refining Company. Therefore, this study aimed to identify and rank the indicators and the criteria affecting the educational needs assessment accordingly. Descriptive research method of Delphi was used in this study. To this end, a field survey was used to identify the effective criteria on educational needs assessment with the approach of realizing organizational strategies. These criteria were provided to 15 experts to be scored based on the research setting. Next, the extracted results yielded six indicators and 33 components. DEMATEL method and network analysis process were used to analyze the data. The results show that managerial factors were the most effective (7.46), and environmental factors were the most affected ones (6.59). The results also showed that environmental factors were the most important (0.240), and structural factors were the least important ones (0.106). Manuscript profile

        With regard to the increasing significance of role the of educational needs assessment as the first step in the process of optimal training of employees and the existing gap in comprehensive identification of obstacles to this value-creating process, the present study seeks to analyzing this phenomenon by using a qualitative approach. In addition, it aims to identify the obstacles of the educational needs assessment process in The National Gas Company of Iran and to suggest solutions for its improvement. To this purpose, the method of focus groups was used. The study was conducted in National Gas Company of Iran and the participants were selected from the employees of the training and equipping units of human resources of this company using the purposeful sampling method. The data collection was done using the focal interview technique and the data saturation level was reached in the fourth focal interview (including 20 individuals). In order to validate the research findings, the criteria of reliability, transferability, verifiability, reliability and agreement between two coders (intrasubject agreement) were used. The data analysis using the theme analysis method resulted in the identification of 207 conceptual propositions, 19 basic themes and 4 main themes. The main themes included individual barriers (insufficient participation of the organization's employees in the educational needs assessment process, etc.), organizational barriers (defects in the processes of the organization's human resources planning unit, etc.), managerial barriers (insufficient participation of managers, heads and supervisors of the organization in the educational needs assessment process, etc. ) and environmental obstacles (lack of necessary and appropriate infrastructure in the organization, etc.). According to the findings of the research, it is necessary to focus on the identified obstacles in order to optimally implement the educational needs assessment process in the National Gas Company of Iran.         Determining the educational needs of nurses related to the blood transfusion process can lead to the improvement of knowledge and skills, the improvement of the quality of services provided, and higher performance. This study was conducted with the purpose of determining the educational needs of nurses related to the blood transfusion process. The statistical population of this study was expert nurses working in hospitals all over the country, and the sampling of this statistical population were selected based on the combination of classification, criteria-based and random methods. The tool of the present research was a researcher-made questionnaire, which was a combination of two standard methods of skill and DICOM. Among the nurses selected by the hospitals after the interview, a group was selected purposefully. Training sessions were held for the selected nurses in the blood transfusion organization to complete the tool. By using the work tool, the titles of general tasks, subtasks and prioritization of sub-tasks were determined. Then the required knowledge, skills and attitudes in the field of competencies, educational content and behavioral goals were specified. Finally, the training courses related to the tasks and activities were determined. Blood transfusion experts reviewed the collected information. The information matched with o*net website after being summarized for validation by focus groups that included selected expert nurses and blood transfusion specialists, and the final approval was made. The obtained results included 7 main tasks and 42 sub-tasks, also the prioritization of sub-tasks, levels and scope of competence for each task were determined. And finally, 10 educational course titles were extracted for designing educational courses. Manuscript profile
