In today’s world, most of companies are trying to survive in a competitive environment which has been increased in recent years. This competition has raised the customer power to select desired products and services among different suppliers and providers. So the importance of customer satisfaction and loyalty has been increased dramatically for companies and businesses. This is more important for distributor companies who deal with a lot of customers in a B2B market. Mobile-CRM has emerged new opportunities on customer satisfaction and can play as an efficient tool that will make great adjustments, savings and benefits for companies to provide better services for customers and have more retain customers. But implementing a Mobile-CRM system is a complicated large project that affects all aspects of an organization and needs a huge investment which increases the risk of failure. To avoid this risk, the assessing of company’s E-Readiness before starting main project is necessary. In this research we have used VERDICT model as a suitable model for assessing E-Readiness of a company willing to implement a Mobile-CRM system. A large distributor company is the case study of this research. The research is conducted based on a descriptive-survey method using questionnaire tools for extracting the experts' opinion and determining the company’s E-Readiness level. Manuscript profile

During the last decade, the key role of information and communication technology has proven to facilitate the process of transition and change of organizations; The e-readiness is the platform for entering into the modern time and activities in the networked world ad well as competition in the market. Thus, the design of e-readiness evaluation models, regarding the internal and environmental conditions of organizations and communities with the purpose of assessing their e-readiness level is necessary. However, without the evaluation of e-readiness of the organization, activity in the networked world will be impossible and have very high obstacles. In this paper, a brief introduction of the proposed models for the evaluation of the e-readiness and their classification have been discussed. Moreover, the factors influencing the e-readiness of the small and medium-sized enterprises to enter the e-commerce market have been investigated and detected through a combination approach of Shannon entropy. In this paper, after identifying and introducting existing models; the concepts, dimensions, and indices of the research were extracted and ranked by the Shannon entropy method. The results of this study show that the first ranked factors were organizational factors. Then environmental and man power factors were ranked second and third, respectively. Manuscript profile

In today’s competitive world, the ability of acceptance and utilization of ICT in industries is one of the critical success factors in productive industries. The target of this paper is presentation of a model for evaluation of e-manufacturing e-readiness in manufacturing industries. This research was conducted in three phases utilizing mixed research method. In the first phase, Barroso and Sandelowski Meta-Synthesis method containing seven steps was invoked and the primary conceptual model was created. In the second phase, by arranging semi-structured interviews with the experts, a supplementary model was completed. In the third phase in order to quantitatively validate the developed model, various statistical tests and confirmatory factor analysis were employed. Structural equation modeling and path analysis were made use of for checking accuracy of the assumptions as well as testing the proposed model in SmartPLS 3 software. After confirmation of path coefficients and coefficients meaningfulness (t-values), we checked model in terms of various indexes, all of which point to the eminence of the model. The results of applying the above steps were corroboration of the scientific standing of the latter model. Incorporating there major components i.e. , ICT infrastructure in manufacturing , ICT application capacities in manufacturing, ICT value augmenting opportunities in manufacturing along with 28 indexes, the model set forth in this study was ultimately received full confirmation. Today , corruption in the public and private sector is a significant issue and a considerable challenge , which makes managers and heads of state to seek a solution to reduce corruption. The researchers also aimed at finding scientific solutions to eliminate and reduce corruption. on the other hand , the capabilities of information and communication technology and innovative and innovative opportunities that this concept has caused it to have led to the application of this technology in most areas and solving different problems. Effective use of information technology and communication requires access to the desired readiness of countries in the fields of infrastructure ; the use and access of technology to the vast majority of the country 's population and a proper framework of laws and regulations for this technology. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of e-readiness factors on corruption reduction in developing countries. Findings from the research over the last five years show that there is a relatively strong link between e-readiness and corruption in developing countries , which indicates that countries with better electronic readiness and so-called readier acceptance ; they are less corrupt. also , the study of this link at the level below the four indicators of electronic readiness shows that the relevance of all sub-index is directly proportional to the level of corruption and the effect of environmental sub-index on corruption is higher than the rest of the indicators .
