The novel of “Ghale-Morghi, The Pyramidal Age” authored by Salman Amin, is one of the successful novels which is Concerned with unemployment and its consequences as a special social problem. Based on the American Robert Merton’s (1901– 2003) “Theory of Opportunity” this research studies different types of personality and behavioral disorders within this novel. According to Merton’s theory, social problems are the result of the gap between desirable goals of the society and the ways of achieving them. By describing the desirable goals for their members, societies can also introduce their solutions and strategies; however, when there is a gap between goals and the institutionalized means of reaching them, deviation and disorder will occur. According to this theoretical model, “Ghale-Morghi, the Pyramidal Age” represents an image of a society that has determined the same accepted goals for every one; but choosing between the possible ways of reaching them is related to individual’s social status and class. Although the main character of the novel begins to discover new ways by means of Promethean rebellion; at the end, he finds no choice other than isolation and letting go of the goals.. One of the fundamental issues in contemporary political and economic thought concerns the relationship and consistency between one’s social duties and personal liberties, and different schools have suggested their views on the matter. From a normative point of view, arguments offered by modern reformist liberalism have attracted more attention in this respect. The positions of John Stuart Mill, as one of the pioneers and influential, and Amartya Kumar Sen as one of the most recent liberal reformists with respect to the idea of welfare, have been at the center of attention for several decades. Here we discuss and analyze the relationship of the concepts of individual liberty and social welfare as argued by them by employing a comparative approach, in order to provide a more elaborate picture of such a relationship. It is shown here that albeit using different methods and approaches, they share similar theoretical starting points and goals on the matter. For Mill, the liberty of the individual and society is viewed as a vital means for achieving happiness. While Mill employs a utilitarian approach to human happiness, offering a critique on utilitarianism and focusing rather on the capability approach, Sen holds that individual and social happiness would best be achieved through providing equal opportunities for free choice for the members of the society. A closer look at the arguments offered by Mill and Sen indicates that, based on the concept of the free and informed modern subject, they both believe that social and political development will improve an individual and social happiness will be better achieved by focusing on individual liberties. Background and Aim: Under the rule stipulated in Article 1210 of the Civil Code, minors who have reached puberty can be allowed to leave the custody of their parents and guardians and continue their lives independently before mentally mature. It is clear that such a rule will involve a lot of damage for minors. Now the question is if in the light of principle of harm, a step can be taken to protect children more and so limit the scope of this legal ruling? In this article, the author is trying to provide an appropriate answer to this question by relying on some jurisprudential opinions and rules and legal ideas so that the interests of minors were better considered. Method: This research has been done using documents and library resources and descriptive-analytical method. Results: Leaving a child out of parental custody before reaching mentally mature is against the goals of care and education and can cause irreparable damage to the child first and then to the society. But unfortunately, due to the interpretation of Article 1210 of the Civil Code, there is a possibility of minors leaving custody early and causing such injuries to them. Therefore, before the legislative reform, it should be thinked about the interpretation and implementation of the law in order to prevent such a situation in the family and society. Conclusion: Currently, based on some jurisprudential opinions as well as the principle of harm, it is necessary to consider the continuation of custody of children until they reach the mentally mature stage. The prevalence of social media these days allows users to exchange views on a multitude of events. Public comments on the talk-of-the-country crimes can be analyzed to understand how the overall mass sentiment changes over time. In this paper, a specialized dataset has been developed and utilized, comprising public comments from various types of online platforms, about contemporary crime events. The comments are later manually annotated with one of the three polarity values- positive, negative, and neutral. Before feeding the model with the data, some pre-processing tasks are applied to eliminate the dispensable parts each comment contains. In this study, A deep Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformers (BERT) is utilized for sentiment analysis from the pre-processed crime data. In order the evaluate the performance that the model exhibits, F1 score, ROC curve, and Heatmap are used. Experimental results demonstrate that the model shows F1 Score of 89% for the tested dataset. In addition, the proposed model outperforms the other state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models by exhibiting higher accuracy with less trainable parameters. As the model requires less trainable parameters, and hence the complexity is lower compared to other models, it is expected that the proposed model may be a suitable option for utilization in portable IoT devices. Inspired by sequence-to-sequence models for machine translation, deep-learning based summarization methods were presented. The summaries generated this way, are structurally more readable and usually convey the complete meaning to the reader. In these methods, embedding vectors are used for semantic representation, in which the weight of each word vector is learned according to its neighboring words from a large corpus. In static word embedding, the weight of the vectors is obtained by choosing a proximity window for each word. But in contextual ones like BERT, multilayer transformers are applied to calculate the weight of these vectors, which pay attention to all the words in the text. So far, several papers have shown that contextual word embedding are more successful than the other ones due to the ability of fine-tuning the weights to perform a specific natural language processing task. However, the performance of the initial weights of these vectors is not investigated for headline generation from Persian texts. In this paper, we will investigate the behavior of pre-trained word embedding variants without fine-tuning in deep headline generation from Persian texts. To train the headline generation model, "Elam Net" is used, which is a Persian corpus containing about 350 thousand pairs of abstracts and titles of scientific papers. The results show that the use of BERT model, even without fine-tuning its weights, is effective in improving the quality of generated Persian headlines, bringing the ROUGE-1 metric to 42%, which is better than the other pre-trained ones. The 5G network has been created to solve the limitation of communication coverage in large areas. One of the challenges of the 5G is the construction of quadrature oscillators in a wide range of high frequencies. Phase error and amplitude imbalance cause a decrease in the image rejection ratio (IRR), which affects the communication error vector magnitude (EVM). The quadrature phases are generated by a one-stage poly-phase filter (PPF) whose resistors consist of four N-type MOSFETs in triode mode, each of its four gate ends is set by a voltage. The feedback circuit constantly adjusts the center frequency of the PPF according to the input frequency by changing the resistance of the MOSFETs. In this research, the circuit is simulated in the advanced design system software environment in the frequency range of 2 to 6 GHz with a central frequency of 4 GHz, which has reduced the quadrature phase error to less than 1 to 9 degrees. Then, the governing mathematical equations of the circuit were extracted and the network function of the circuit was designed in the Simulink MATLAB environment. The main advantage of the Simulink method is the high speed of simulation. Manuscript profile

In today's information age, efficient document ranking plays a crucial role in information retrieval systems. This article proposes a new approach to document ranking using embedding models, with a focus on the BERT language model to improve ranking results. The proposed approach uses vocabulary embedding methods to represent the semantic representations of user queries and document content. By converting textual data into semantic vectors, the relationships and similarities between queries and documents are evaluated under the proposed ranking relationships with lower cost. The proposed ranking relationships consider various factors to improve accuracy, including vocabulary embedding vectors, keyword location, and the impact of valuable words on ranking based on semantic vectors. Comparative experiments and analyses were conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed relationships. The empirical results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach in achieving higher accuracy compared to common ranking methods. These results indicate that the use of embedding models and their combination in proposed ranking relationships significantly improves ranking accuracy up to 0.87 in the best case. This study helps improve document ranking and demonstrates the potential of the BERT embedding model in improving ranking performance. Manuscript profile
