To select an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is time consuming due to the resource constraints, the software complexity, and the different of alternatives. A comprehensively systematic selection policy for ERP system is very important to the success of ERP project. In this paper, we propose a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) method to evaluate the alternatives of ERP system. The selection criteria of ERP system are numerous and fuzzy, so how to select an adequate ERP system is crucial in the early phase of an ERP project. The framework decomposes ERP system selection into four main factors. The goal of this paper is to select the best alternative that meets the requirements with respect to product factors, system factors, management factors and vendor factors. The sub-attributes (sub-factors) related to ERP selection have been classified into thirteen main categories of Functionality, Reliability¬, Usability¬, Efficiency¬, Maintainability¬, Portability¬, Cost, Implementation time, User friendliness¬, Flexibility¬, Vendor Reputation¬, Consultancy Services, and R&D Capability¬ and arranged in a hierarchy structure. These criteria and factors are weighted and prioritized and finally a framework is provided for ERP selection with the fuzzy AHP method. Also, a real case study from Iran (PARDIS-LO Company) is also presented to demonstrate efficiency of this method in practice. Manuscript profile

Cloud computing was proposed as a new paradigm to host and provide services via Internet. Cloud computing can have various advantages for organizations including reduction in costs and increased flexibility. Nonetheless, transition from the current system on the cloud computing is not a simple task because it depends on various of factors. In this applied research, the main purpose is to investigate the influential factors in admission of e-health system based on cloud computing in a number of public hospitals in Tehran. In the present study, path analysis was done using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Partial Least Squares (PLS) to perceive the factors influencing the admission of cloud computing in e-health system from IT employees' viewpoint. Reviewing the related literature on Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) Model and the theory of Diffusion of Innovations (DOI), four main factors and 17 sub criteria were identified. These factors and sub-criteria were determined according to comments of specialists, university professors and IT and health experts based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Partial Least Squares. Results show that environmental factors such as regulations, competitive pressure, commercial pressure and organizational structure, and technological factors such as accessibility, reliability, security, privacy and trust should be considered as organizational objectives when adopting the e-health system based on cloud computing. Results of the present study can play an important role in organizations such as the ministry of health and medical education that are concern about this issue. Manuscript profile

The insurance industry is vital in the country that is affected by green marketing. However, there is no accurate information on the green marketing situation in the country's insurance industry. This research has been tried to identify the main criteria of green marketing evaluation to provide a model for a green marketing audit. In this regard, first, the main criteria were identified and approved by experts through a questionnaire. The final framework consists of 24 sub-criteria that are classified into ten criteria. Then, by using the fuzzy DEMATEL method, the internal relationships between the criteria and the hierarchical analysis method, each criterion and sub-criteria's final weight are obtained. According to the results, among the causes, the criterion of mission has the greatest effect on all criteria and takes the least effect from other criteria. So, this criterion has the most stimulus role, and by optimizing it, we can expect the optimization of other factors. The green sales factor is also strongly influenced by other factors and is optimized by optimizing other factors. Also, the criterion of the mission with an effective weight of 0.23 is the most important, and the criterion of green design with an effective weight of 0.024 is the least important Manuscript profile
