        The purpose of this study was to role psychological capital and adaptability of the career path in prediction of entrepreneurial intention of university students. The method of this study is correlational. Statistical population of this study comprised all of mohaghegh ardebili university student in 2018 academic year, that among this population, by using cluster random sampling, 243 samples were select. For data collection luthans, youssef, avolio psychological capital questionnaire, savickas career path adaptability questionnaire and liñán, rodríguez, rueda-cantuche entrepreneurial intention questionnaire were used. Data were analyzed by using pearson’s correlation coefficient and regression analysis. Result showed that, there exist significant positive relationship between psychological capital and its components (self-efficency, hope, optimism, resiliency) and career adaptability and its components (concern, control, curiosity, confidence) with entrepreneurial intention. Also, the results of regression analysis revealed that %20 of variance of entrepreneurial intention can be explained by psychological capital and career adaptability. Therefore, it can be concluded that the psychological capital and career adaptability may be taken into account as one of the important factors leading entrepreneurial intention, which requires planning and attention.         Lately, one of the biggest challenges in enterprise is the strategic alignment of information technology with business. Enterprises use various methods to achieve this strategic alignment. Enterprise architecture is an effective approach that allows optimal management of Enterprise’s information technology and strategic alignment of IT functionalities and business requirements. These days, considering dynamic environments, there is the possibility of any kind of change in enterprise’s conditions, especially after implementation of Enterprise architecture. This change of conditions demonstrates itself in a variety of forms. In these cases, decision making should be done as an appropriate response to these changes which should be predictable. Otherwise it would lead to lack of proper response and consequently, readjustment of Enterprise architecture document, which imposes many human and financial costs on the enterprise. In addition, the enterprise’s progress toward competitive advantages will be stopped. The appropriate response and adaptability to these changes is a concept represented under the title of adaptive maintenance of Enterprise architecture. In the following article with the help of a software maintenance method and examining the possibility of extending into the Enterprise architecture maintenance, through a case study on Power Distribution Company of Golestan province, it is shown how the improvement of adaptive maintenance of Enterprise architecture can be assisted and the possibility of implementation of various types of changes in business and information technology without disturbing the Enterprise is provided.         Urban development with a social justice approach is one of the issues that has been neglected in many urban development plans. The transfer of the development right is considered one of the new ways of monitoring land development. The transfer of the development right is important in terms of its position in reducing inequality and ensuring the individual rights of the owners. The development right transfer approach is actually a plan to reduce physical development in areas that the community or planners want to protect. This research aims to examine and implement the approach of the right to transfer development and explain some of the principles of important rules in the perspective of Islam, and its relevance and influence in urban development, and offers suggestions for the realization of social justice using this approach. The current research is an applied research that uses the descriptive-comparative research method to analyze and examine the data. To describe and analyze the data, the comparative literature review method has been used. Based on this, while gathering the topics of Islamic social justice and the method of transferring the right to development, the relationship between the aforementioned method and the realization of social justice is analyzed through the Delphi technique by receiving 5 rounds of opinions from 30 experts. As a result of this research, the principles of social justice include eight principles; Equality in public rights, the lack of objectivity of the position and position of people in the administration of justice, inequality in individual-social acquired rights, compliance with the requirements of time in receiving tariffs, equal access to public services, non-privatization of property and public interests, the benefit of all in public affairs, The lack of immunity of rulers and officials from justice was explained. And also compared to the basics of the right to transfer development method, it was found that the principles of equality in public law, the lack of objectivity of the position and position of individuals in the implementation of justice are completely consistent with the method of the right to transfer development. The principles of inequality in individual-social acquired rights, compliance with the requirements of time in receiving tariffs, equal access to public services, non-privatization of property and public interests, benefit of all in public affairs, lack of immunity of rulers and officials from justice are largely consistent.         <p>The present study aimed to investigate the predicting role of adaptability and positive feelings toward one's spouse in the satisfaction of couples among women. This research employed a descriptive correlation method. The statistical population of the present study included female teachers in Karaj, with 171 participants selected using a multi-stage cluster sampling method. Data collection utilized the Positive Feelings Towards Spouse questionnaire by Ellery et al. (1983), the Family Adaptability Assessment Scale by Olson et al. (1985), and the Couples' Satisfaction Scale by Afrooz and Gudari (2018). The findings indicated a significant positive relationship between positive feelings towards one&rsquo;s spouse and adaptability with couples' satisfaction in women (p&lt;0.001). Moreover, adaptability and positive feelings towards one&rsquo;s spouse predicted approximately 85% of the variance in couples' satisfaction in women. Therefore, achieving satisfaction in women may be facilitated through fostering positive feelings towards one&rsquo;s spouse and enhancing adaptability.</p> Manuscript profile
