  Establishing and strengthening the relation between academic institutions and industrial enterprises has become the most important challenge for innovation policy in different countries. From the national innovation system perspective, establishing and enhancing the mentioned relations will contribute for creation, transfer, diffusion and utilization of knowledge resources.
