In recent years, the construction of backup bases for crisis management has been placed on the agenda of the Organization of Precautionary Measures and crisis management. One of the important things lies in setting up bases, studying, and finding a proper geographical location for setting up this his kind of application, a place which can be used as a safe place under critical conditions and under normal conditions. It may be used for normal uses too. The present study is of a practical nature which has been conducted by a descriptive-analytical method. This research seeks to find the best method location for the backup bases for crisis management municipal region one in Tehran. In order to achieve this goal, effective criteria and factors for locating aid centers are identified in time of crisis. Then in order to specify the importance and value of each each criterion and effective elements in section making, the AHP model has been used. Then a questionnaire was prepared and distributed among experts. In the second stage, by the use of hirarchicl procedural method and by using expert choice software, the weight of each criterion and element was determined. In the second phase, all layers of information in GIS were turned into a roster and by using the method of index overlay, the layers were mixed and ten best locations were chosen as the best bases for crisis management for region one. Also, results show the depots for crisis management have not been properly chosen and that they are very limited in numbers. Manuscript profile

Each flying site can be utilized according to geographical, climatic, and topographical factors of the area in which it is located. The aim of this study is to determine the standards of recreational flying sites, investigate the factors that affect and are affected by recreational flights, and determine suitable areas for establishing recreational flying sites in Isfahan Province, Iran. Tools and techniques used in this study for locating recreational flying sites in Isfahan Province are Dematel, Boolean logic, and GIS software. The results show that the most important factors are direction of land slope, land slope, and topography, respectively. These physical factors are followed by the prevailing wind speed and wind direction. The prevailing wind speed, the prevailing wind direction, direction of land slope, topography, land slope, and airspace are all among the factors that affect locating recreational flying sites. The map of suitable areas for recreational flying sites in Isfahan Province shows that areas in western Isfahan host a more suitable variation of flying sites. Manuscript profile

3 - Spatial-physical structure management of in-city structures, by AHP method and fuzzy logic (Case study: region17 of Tehran)

Due to the central role of the city, Tehran has been associated with increasing population and density, and consequently in providing services and facilities in various fields, due to lack of and, in some cases, due to the lack of appropriate geographical distribution of applications, there are shortcomings Is. The fuel filling stations network is one of the components of the municipal services network that acts as a fuel supplier to the intercity transportation sector, which is important in terms of traffic considerations, urbanization, safety and the environment. One of the most important factors surrounding fuel supply stations (petrol stations) is their proper location. Multi-criteria decision-making models (MCDMs) are now becoming an expanding tool for addressing complex spatial decision-making problems. There are several methods in making multi-criteria decisions. Studies and evidence show that multi-criteria decision-making methods, especially the combined methods between them, provide accurate results for spatial decision-making. Due to the high population density and the density of internal and external passage overnight and the passage to the adjacent areas, Tehran's region 17 shows the need for fuel efficiency and optimal location. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the appropriate location of pump-gas stations in the 17th district of Tehran and to investigate the position of the existing sites in this area, using the GIS and utilizing the fuzzy AHP combined method. Not. The research method has descriptive-analytical and applied nature in this evaluation. In order to achieve these goals, suitable criteria, consistent with the studied area and different methods have been used. Finally, by using paired comparisons and experts' opinion and calculations by the fuzzy AHP method, the final weight of the criteria has been determined. The results of the integration of information layers in ARCGIS software, while identifying suitable locations for building new stations, have analyzed the location of gas station positions, which shows that each of the 2 existing locations in the 17th district of Tehran in an appropriate and optimal position they are not. Tehran Province, containing majority of scientists and researchers, plays a significant role in the development of science and technology in the country. Obviously, this number of scientific potential to flourish needs facilities and infrastructures. One of the most important factors in development of knowledge-based businesses is proportionate physical context of firms. Moreover, proximity of knowledge-based companies to the universities, higher education institutes and industries leads to accelerating transforming knowledge into industrial process. Thus, Tehran Province requires more technology parks and towns than the past, to retain the benefit of its whole scientific potentials. In connection with this, at first, we recognized and ranked effective factors on locating Knowledge-Based Town, then used AHP to give weight to criteria and sub-criteria. In the next step, we applied these weights in GIS software and provided maps which are related to each, in the ARCmap. Then, we identified zoned map of the areas via GIS and overlapped the effective factors on locating town of knowledge, with two priorities in the province, and the result indicated that the first priority was better. After preparing the final map, through the study on areas with priority, we have screened and shown places that the standards are higher for locating KBT on the map. At last, for the best performance, we have paid special attention to factors such as proximity to universities and training centers, proximity to industrial areas, infrastructures and Tehran province’s development plans. Water scarcity in arid areas is a serious crisis. The most important step in using rainwater collection systems is to locate suitable areas. In this research, three methods of multivariate regression model and GIS have been used to locate the on-site and off-site rainwater collection method in Tejreh watershed. In this study, canopy, litter, rock and gravel, bare soil, CN, precipitation, slope and soil depth as independent variables and influence on in situ rainwater collection and maximum instantaneous discharge for non-in situ rainwater collection method The title of the dependent variable was considered. The multivariate regression model uses stepwise method, backward removal method, and forward method. And the standard step-by-step method, regression removal method, step-by-step method in collecting rainwater, non-in situ method have been used. The final results by matching the results of previous research show in step rainwater collection, stepwise method and between layers CN, soil, percentage of rock and gravel, and in non-in situ rainwater collection stepwise regression method Standard and among layers the percentage of litter, percentage of canopy, CN, slope, percentage of rocks and pebbles, amount of rainfall, percentage of bare soil and soil depth are known to be important in the equation. Finally, the importance of rain collection sites was divided into four classes: very good, good, medium and poor. Manuscript profile
