Abstract: This research was administered with the aim of strengthening success by psycho-logical capital through weakening job stress among female teachers. The statistical population of the study consisted of female elementary school teachers in Isfahan city, of which 221 teachers were selected by simple random sampling method and then responded to Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ), Job Stress Questionnaire (JSQ) and Career Success Questionnaire (CSQ). Data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling (SEM). Results revealed that there is a negative significant relationship between psychological capital and job stress, but there is a positive significant relationship between psychological capital and career success (P<0.01). Results of structural equation modeling and mediation analysis indicated that job stress is a partial mediator on the relationship between psycho-logical capital and career success.
