        Today organizations are working in an environment in which has uncertainty because of competition in the market. So, the organizations will get success which make their customers loyal by business intelligence and customer satisfaction and finally help to increase their brand value. The aim of this research is considering the relationships between business intelligence, customer relationships and loyalty and brand value in hygienic and cellulose industry of Iran. Evaluation of each variable is a kind of decision making problem in which has internal systematic interactions between variables. So, we can use DEMATEL technique in FUZZY conditions for cause and effect relationships between variables. We benefit the ideas of 10 experts in cellulose and hygienic industry for considering the relationships between variables. The results show that there are systemic and network relation between research variables. Also, the results show that there is a two tailed relation between business intelligence and brand special value and customer satisfaction. Also, based on research results, customer satisfaction effects on loyalty, business intelligent and brand special value. Manuscript profile

        Nowadays, In order to reduce environmental footprint, polymer industry has started to develop new materials based on natural resources. Two kinds of biobased polymers can be developed. The first one corresponds to macromolecular structures existing in nature as cellulose, lignin, starch, alginate and so-on that most of them are probably the ones that derived from well-established cellulosic industries. Nevertheless, the thermal stability of these rich in oxygen structures are limited, they release relatively little heat during burning and are often able to char. Other biobased polymers are made up of molecules synthesized from natural resources. Not only polymers but also all additives used to modify their properties can be biobased to meet sustainable development. Intensive research is devoted to develop flame retardant biobased polymers from various raw resources. These flame retardant biobased polymers can be used directly as they are, alone or as a component of a more complex system. This is especially true when the molecules are phosphorus-rich as DNA or phytic acid or charring as lignin. All the efforts reviewed in this paper, show that a major objective is to develop 100 % biobased materials suitable for applications requiring high flame retardancy level.         Environmental pollution caused by the blood from packaged chicken is one of the biggest problems in the production and distribution of these products. The effect of packaging with cellulose pad and lemon extract on chicken drumstick samples was studied on some chemical, microbial and physical properties. The environmental effects of this study are also important because the compounds released from poultry waste will be reduced if microbial growth is prevented. The results showed that the effect of cellulose and the presence of extracts compared to samples without pad on blood absorption factors, inhibition of TVN increase and peroxide was significant (p <0.01). This can be due to the absorption of compounds in blood by pad and the presence of phenolic and antioxidant compounds in the extract that increase the quality of the samples containing the pad with the extract. The presence of 5% and 1% of lemon extract inhibits the increase of total microbial load and cryophilic bacteria, respectively. Examination of odor, color and total desirability results in chicken thigh samples showed that all samples were in good condition on day 0, which did not change significantly in the smell and color properties after just using the cellulose pad. However, changes in color compared to the smell of the product are more noticeable due to blood absorption and reduction of meat storage capacity over a period of 6 days. In general, over time, the samples containing the extract were in better conditions for all factors than the control samples. As a result, it will prevent the increase of microbial contamination, bloodshed and other harmful factors to the environment. Manuscript profile

With the advancement of science and technology, excellent polymer materials have been developed to retain water. In this article, water retention agents based on natural and synthetic polymers have been reviewed in the last 10 years. Finally, the synthesis of two types of natural and synthetic super absorbents using recycled materials is described. Hydroxyethyl cellulose has excellent characteristics of a superabsorbent such as being biodegradable, non-toxic, high water absorption, and is one of the derivatives of cellulose, which is used in water extraction, wastewater treatment, electrolytic membranes, pharmaceuticals, and pesticides. Alternative soil has many applications in agriculture. And its use can be expanded by combining with different polymers. This combination allows the formation of new biomaterials with improved properties and various applications. As a result of preparing a water retention agent with a practical perspective in agriculture, it not only enhances water absorption and water retention in the soil, but also is resistant to salinity and has mechanical strength, re usability and economic value. is.         One of the main applications of nitrocellulose polymer is producing propellants. The propellant production process includes mixing nitrocellulose with solvents and other additives and converting it from a fibrous to a non-fibrous state during gelatinization and physical gel formation. This gel is subsequently subjected to shaping processes using ram or screw extrusion. One of the main problems in producing propellant based on nitrocellulose is the lack of uniformity and product quality control. Despite the high capability of rheology knowledge as a powerful tool for measuring the quality control of raw materials and the production process of propellant based on nitrocellulose, this knowledge has received less attention from researchers and manufacturers in this field. This article reviewed the use of rheology in different parts of the production of nitrocellulose-based propellants, from the quality control of the incoming raw materials to the final mixing and extrusion. At first, the rheological behavior of nitrocellulose mixtures was discussed. Next, the effect of nitrocellulose polymer microstructure on the rheological behavior of its solution was discussed. Phenomena affecting the measurement of the rheological behavior of the mixture, such as wall slippage, were among the other cases investigated.
