  The issue of sexual dysfunction is one of the emerging phenomena that has been less studied in jurisprudential research and studies. One of the issues related to sexual dysfunction is what effect this phenomenon has on the issue of "couple benevolence". To answer this question, jurisprudential and legal texts must be examined and analyzed. The research finding is that according to the criteria and areas of leaving Ehsan, sexual disorders can also be considered as obstacles to the realization of Ehsan.
