        Delinquency is defined in different ways. It seems that the most complete definition given according to the opinions of experts in various fields is that a crime is an act that is contrary to the norms, rules and regulations of society, and causing it to be prosecuted. And those who commit such acts are called criminals or delinquents. The increasing trend of delinquency in various dimensions among adolescents and young people has attracted the attention of humanities experts. In this article, the issue of delinquency among the youth population is examined. If the family is explored as the first environment in which a person develops, factors such as parental differences, discrimination between children, lack of love, absence of the father at home, delinquency of a family member Lack of proper behavior pattern, lack of understanding of children, etc. can play an effective role in children's delinquency. In addition, other factors such as economic issues, lack of proper education, employment and related factors, such as unemployment and job dissatisfaction and finally the weakness of religious beliefs in this area have been considered.
