Certain social–political conditions may lead the writers to use indirect ways to express their thoughts, for example, reporting them as the words of others in a different time and place. This is what happened for Jalal Al Ahamad, in a preface, titled as the “Letter by Saint Paul to the Writers”, to the second edition of “Zan-e Ziadi” (unwanted woman), a collection of his short stories. The letter is something made by Jalal himself not as seemingly claimed by Saint Paul. It was in fact an expression of objection to Parviz Natel Khanlari who had joined the palace folks, detaching himself from the circle of the intellectuals oppositions to Pahlavi regime. This study becomes of special necessity when we see that this letter has been treated as a true text, not as a poetic technique by Jala, as many researchers did in their references to it in their works. The purpose of the present article is to explore the motives behind inventing this letter, its consequences, and to argue why it is fake, so that we can stop the young generation getting mislead in this regard. The argumentation is done based on the text itself, and the comments by Jalal’s contemporaries, i.e. intra-textual an extra- textual studies. Manuscript profile

The family institution has been mainstreamed in Islam in its introduction to the Convention on the Rights of the Child and has been introduced as the most important framework for the development of the child. When parental separation occurs, the issue of custody and priority of the parties arises for the care of the child, which is similar to the circumstances, in the absence of the necessary conditions for the custody to be transferred to the opposite party. At the same time, today one of the indicators of human development is the extent to which women are present and how they play their roles in various fields of activity, which has a serious impact on other actions. The issue of protecting women's rights and non-discrimination on the basis of gender is a special issue. Success in this case needs to be paid for employment that is being tackled. For this reason, custody and employment are two related concepts, in which the maintenance and upbringing of the child requires income, which is realized with the aim of improving the continuous education of children based on the active participation of women in employment. Its apparent manifestation and manifestation in Islamic law is more evident than its application to human rights. Manuscript profile

Also, it plays a very constructive role in the person's family and social life. Life is full of misfortunes that a person might deal with; if one does not build tolerance and behaves harshly and violently with others in times of difficulty and roughness, it will damage both person's social credit and his/ her religious-moral health.
The religion of Islam has always attached special importance to women, and in particular, there are many orders from Imams (peace be upon them) regarding women in religious texts and traditions. One of the important social matters today is the position and role of women in the family and society. In Islamic traditions, however, girls and women are mentioned as divine virtues, even though in Islam, God rewards good deeds, and consecrations are questioned by God. By looking through Islamic foundations, one may understand what a high position women had and still have in Islamic thought; however, it is the opposite in the West and the "Woman, Life, Freedom" slogan. Accordingly, the greater the commitment to Islam and Islamic life, the higher the continuity of life. On the contrary, the lower the commitment to Islam, the lower the mental peace and comfort of the person in the living environment and society. Moreover, the collapse of the Western system is based on unlimited freedom. This paper applies a diverse methodology to refer to written documents, computer systems, scientific software, and a descriptive and analytical data processing method. Furthermore, by referring to religious sources, the paper aims to study the role of women in the Woman, Life, Freedom" slogan "in Islam and the West. The results are that referring to the Qur'an examines the traditions, position, and role of women in the family and the "Woman, Life, Freedom" slogan in Islam, bringing tranquility contrary to the West.
Manuscript profile

One of the fundamental issues in the matter of men and women is whether men and women have the same truth and nature And are similar works expected of both, or do they each have a different humanity or nature? The purpose of this study is to identify the views of the Holy Quran on the difference between men and women and to show it to the followers of the QuranAccording to the Qur'an, gender is not important, but the criterion in the sight of God is piety. Although men and women are different in terms of gender, they are equal in terms of humanity. The distinction between rights between men and women must be sought in the existential differences between men and women. Islam has established its rights based on many differences between men and women physically, mentally, emotionally and based on human nature. in this article, with a descriptive-analytical method, the distinction between men and women in terms of humanity and nature from the perspective of the Holy Quran has been studied. And we conclusion that men and women share human nature; That is, it is not the case that one is superior because of being a man and the other is inferior because of being a woman. Manuscript profile

One of the most important challenges of the present age, which casts a shadow on the lives of a wide range of Muslims,is distancing from religious identity and the influence of fashionable culture;Something that has shaken the pillars of their personal, family and social life.Solving this challenge is possible only by redefining and recognizing Islamic identity in the form of presenting an objective model. In order to achieve this goal, the present article has examined the religious identity of a Muslim woman from the perspective of the Holy Qur'an and with a descriptive and analytical method. In this regard, several basic components have been taken into consideration to recognize and analyze the identity of a Muslim woman. The first component is the recognition of women's identity in "first ignorance"and the second component is recognition of women's identity and avoidance of it in "post-first" ignorance, which may exist in any age And today it is interpreted as "modern ignorance".The third component is to know the identity of women in Islam based on the theoretical foundations of Islam and the fourth component is to determine the ideal example of a "perfect Muslim woman" for role modeling. Therefore, the most important findings achieved by this research are: "The formation of women's identity in the first ignorance based on the lack of human rights and the instrumental view","The formation of women's identity in modern ignorance based on commodification in the form of scientific theories",and "The identification and identification of Muslim women based on dignity, rights and values human, and preserving privacy and personality"..
