        The main goal of the research was to design a suitable model of virtual education based on value management in elementary school. The method of the present research is in terms of the applied goal, in terms of the type of data, and in terms of the nature of the study, it is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). Data was collected through interviews. The work of data collection continued until the researcher made sure that no new data would be obtained and reached the saturation point. After the interviews, the designed model was given to a number of specialists and experts at different levels of education And the professors of public and free universities were used as targeted non-probability sampling to study and review, and after a week, their opinions and possible corrections were collected through a questionnaire. The findings were analyzed using the ground theory method in the qualitative part and using the t-test of a sample in the quantitative part in order to check the components and dimensions of the model. The findings showed that the dimensions of the virtual education model based on value management in elementary school include organizational values, teaching-learning activity, learning school, knowledge management, insight and smart school. Based on the review of experts' opinions regarding the validity of the model and all the components And the dimensions have been confirmed. Manuscript profile
