Reviewing the literature of Research and Technology Organizations (RTOs), and the studying the reasons of ineffectiveness of those organizations in carryout their role and mission shows that, most of the time they haven’t definitive strategy or their strategies formulated and executed based on incompatible models. In other side, many managers of RTOs are familiar with strategic management approach, but each has its own interpretation of that concept. Accordingly, the raised issue is what is the interpretation of strategy in RTOs? The study’s purpose is to explore the analytical concept of strategy in RTOs, to generate a frame that facilitates the process of strategic management in RTOs. Generally, organizational strategy determines the future direction and draws how the organization wants to achieve it. This study explains the analytical structure of strategy in RTOs and finally concluded that strategy in RTOs is begin by recognizing a technological opportunity based on industry challenges and by achieving that technological competencies which are correspond to those challenges within the budgeted time and money, the strategy achieved successfully. In analytical structure of strategy in Research and Technology Organizations after determining the required technological competencies and the different technological solutions to achieve each of them, the way to achieve any of its technological solutions to be studied. The range options to achieve a technological solution are form technology transfer of foreign sources to internal development in RTOs. Between those two end points, there are different pattern of technological cooperation and partnership to developing a targeted technology, which some of them are strategic alliance, strategic partnership and joint venture. Development of successful strategic marketing programs for the commercialization of new technology represents a challenge for small and medium sized technology-based firms. The mechanics of developing successful marketing strategies for technological innovations is a complex process from design to implementation. Technology-based SMEs play an important role in facilitating the ‘knowledge-based’ or ‘smart’ economies. However, technological superiority is not a guarantee for the success of a high-tech SMEs. Instead, the odds of success are maximized by a combination of technology superiority and marketing capability. In this paper, the characteristic of technology-oriented small and medium enterprises have examined according to the published key studies in the field of small and medium sized companies, the factors and barriers to the success of the companies mentioned briefly and given that marketing has been diagnosed as one of the success factors of technology-based small and medium enterprises, we reviewed the challenges and solutions of technology marketing to remind the managers of these companies that the success of a pure technology will not ensure the success of the company and marketing as one of the key elements and critical component of the success of technology-based small and medium enterprises should be a priority in their activities. Supply chain refers to the process of production, assembly, transit and receipt of goods by the consumer, which plays a vital role in the development of the economy. This area faces challenges in the development path, such as lack of transparency in identifying the source of supply or distribution of commercial goods, lack of exchange security or creating tension in the contracts of traders and consumers. Implementation of blockchain technology can be a suitable solution to solve these challenges. This platform with the feature of transparency, the existence of mechanisms to prevent the occurrence or online resolution of disputes and the elimination of financial intermediaries in electronic transactions makes it possible to achieve the set goals. But its implementation in any system faces challenges such as scalability, connectivity, standardization, and some legal challenges, the solution of which requires legislative and executive policy, including the use of efficient digital tools, their validation, and the establishment of formalities. Decentralized platforms and competent institutions to monitor the proper course of affairs. After explaining the introduction and concept of blockchain (first and second speeches), the present article details the supply chain challenges in the field of trade and expresses the practical features of blockchain in solving these challenges. After that, this study has tried to improve the process of exploiting this technology in the field of supply chain by examining the challenges facing this platform in its application in the supply chain and providing policy recommendations. Energy harvesting (EH) has emerged as a promising technique for green communications and it is a novel technique to prolong the lifetime of the wireless networks with replenishable nodes. In this paper, we investigate the online resource allocation for a large class of objective functions in the EH communication systems, which are asymptotically optimal. It is shown that the solution is obtained by only considering the average EH pattern, irrespective of its stochastic dynamics. This optimal solution neither has the complexity of dynamic programming solutions, nor uses the non-causal knowledge about EH pattern. Also, some practical numerical examples for objective functions, which are utilized in communication systems, are considered and general results are derived for them. Moreover, simulation results validate our theoretical findings and show the accuracy of asymptotic theoretical curves for the transmission periods, which are used in practice. Manuscript profile

Considering the prevalence of infertility and the increase in child adoption in Iran, and given the needs of children and adolescents for having appropriate families, this research intended to identify the psychological problems faced by Iranian families adopting children and offer solutions for them to adapt themselves to these problems as a step in enhancing the well-being of the adopted children and of the families adopting them. The descriptive method and the systematic grounded theory introduced by Strauss and Corbin were used in this study. In the first step, interviews were held in 2022 with 13 adoptive families to identify their problems. In the second step, interviews were held with experts. They offered their proposed solutions for the adaptation. The research was done by observing ethical principles and validation, using MAXQDA2020. Four concepts were extracted in the problem identification step: the legal-psychological problems, and the problems related to the growth of the child in an environment of social harms, to attitude and worldview, and to resilience of the adoptive couple. From the second step, solutions were extracted: explanation of the what and how and why related to adoption in Iran, implementation solutions for solving the problems, intervention solutions for enhancing family resilience, and solutions for changing attitudes. It was found that the problems related to attitude and worldview constituted the causal conditions of other problems. In conclusion, the final model was presented. Enriching knowledge, improving attitudes, increasing parents' resilience, removing implementation obstacles, should be prioritized.
Manuscript profile
