  Religion qua religion has many wide-ranging and vast aspects. The question to be answered is whether we can summarize all those aspects in one and all-inclusive facet. Dealing with the theory of benevolence, this article says yes to this question. The theory suggests that from one side benevolence is the manifestation of the all-embracing name of al-Rahman, and from another side as the pure religion includes all aspects of religion. The holy name of Allah is the most embracing name of Him; then after this name, comes the fair name of al-Rahman as the most embracing name. al-Rahman is manifested in benevolence. Since religion has been revealed according to the embracing name of al-Rahman, one can say that benevolence is the core essence of religion. This theory has different principles. In what follows, the author has tried to study various aspects of that theory examining its principle and reasons in the light of the Qur’an and mysticism. The conclusion is that benevolence, self-sacrifice and in general mercy are the core essence and all-embracing aspect of religion. The descriptive-analytical method has been used with stakeholder analysis approach to achieve this goal.   Today, rural tourism has become one of the most important economic sectors in many countries of the world, and governments have adopted various policies to develop rural tourism at various scales, from local to national level. ¬ کاررده¬اند. One of the branches of tourism that has been considered in recent decades is ecotourism. Ecotourism is an activity that has been considered by experts and specialists since the twentieth century and is one of the main branches of tourism that deals with rural tourism and job creation of rural residents, and it can also be mentioned that the economic factor Good income generation and socially and culturally is an effective factor for the development of rural life. Of course, the role of resorts that can play an important role in economic, social and cultural growth in rural areas should not be overlooked. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of ecotourism resorts on villages in Taleghan city. In the research hypotheses, the impact of ecotourism resorts using economic, social, cultural and geographical factors in Taleghan city has been investigated. This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical and survey in terms of methodology. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software. Based on the results, social and cultural factors (35), economic factors (65), their impact on ecotourism resorts is higher than average and geographical factors (0) have a lower impact on ecotourism in the region.
