In a research, that this paper reflects its results, a model for stating the relationship between investment in IT and customer satisfaction was developed. This study starts with extensive literature review on investment in IT and customer satisfaction. Then, a conceptual model with four criteria (including Economic, educational, diffusion of ICT and telecommunication) and one latent variable (indicator of customer satisfaction) were designed. This model’s primary validity was approved through expert opinion. Then, in a field study in the organization under study, the required data have been gathered for testing functional approval of the model. In the next stage of research, by using SEM techniques and interactive regression equation in the form of path analysis and using the software like SPSS and LISREL , we concentrated the factors of relationship between latent variable and observed variables. The finding of the research shows direct relationship between economic and educational factors of IT investment on customer satisfaction. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research is to identify the key components of innovation culture derived from expert experiences and literature review. The presentation of a conceptual model based on path analysis is based on the exploratory blend of model design. This research was carried out in a mixed way. In qualitative section, the method of grounded theories was used. After performing the research with a qualitative approach, we extracted 111 indexes with a comprehensive interview and the exploratory factor analysis method was used to reduce the number of variables affecting the innovative culture and the formation of a new structure based on the correlation between the variables. Finally, the path analysis was used to determine the direct and indirect effects on innovation culture were used. The number of questionnaires collected was 140, which was collected randomly from the directors and experts of the dairy industry of Mazandaran province. The results show that there is a positive and significant effect between the variables of supportive mechanism, leadership, technology, potential absorption capacity, organizational change and strategy and infrastructure necessary for innovation on innovation culture. The results also support the positive and significant impact of innovation culture on organizational ambidexterity, the acquisition of sustainable competitive advantage, and the implementation of innovation. Income generation potential of Tourism is a feature that has attracted the support of policymakers and host communities. The injection of inbound tourists’ expenditures to the destinations increases the income of households and institutions. Using the social accounting matrix of 2011, this paper evaluates the impact of the development of inbound tourism sector on the income of the households and institutions, as well as its distribution. The social accounting matrix has been altered so that it can incorporate tourism sector as one single sector next to other sectors in the production account. Moreover, the channels through which this development affects the income of households and institutions have been identified adopting structural path analysis approach. The findings show that institutions, urban households and rural households enjoy the most income increase, respectively. The four-fold share of the urban households compared to that of the rurals indicates an increase in the income gap as a result of inbound tourism development. Transportation sector has the greatest share in transferring the income-generating effects of the inbound tourism development to the households and institutions. Labor and capital are the most important factors of production in transferring inbound tourism development income to the households and institutions respectively. Manuscript profile

The study was carried out to develop a theoretical and empirical model of self-destructiveness with an emphasis on the ego development, with the hypothesis that the ego development level can mediate the relationship between stress and perceived stress. 258 students responded to the Washington University Sentences Completion Test (WUSCT), Chronic Self-Destructiveness Scale (CSDS), Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), and Paykle Scaling of Life Events. Data were analyzed by SPSS-21 and LISREL-8.72, through Pearson correlation and the path analysis. Results showed an inverse relationship between self-destructiveness and ego development level. The sample was divided into high and low levels of ego development groups and the linear relation of stress, perceived stress, and self-destructiveness was investigated in both groups. Findings showed that all of the paths were significant and the model fit with the data. The CR was significant and indicated that there is a significant difference between the coefficients of the two groups with high and low levels of ego development. The path of “stressor → perceived stress” was stronger in persons with lower levels of ego development, as a high level of ego development, as a basic construct, can reduce the effect and amount of stress, before the perception of stress. Findings led to the development of a simple model which interprets stress or perceived stress merely as a reason for self-destructiveness tendencies. Ego development, as a basic indicator of character development, has a critical role in this model. These findings is useful in the treatment of persons with self-destructive tendencies.
