        Business intelligence (BI) systems provide the ability to analyze business information in order to support and improve management decision making across a broad range of business activities. The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of organizational strategy, structure, process, culture, information content quality and information access quality on organizational effectiveness and the possible mediating role of business intelligence (BI) systems among them. For sampling, simple random - sampling method is used. Sample data for this study were collected from E-Farad organization in Tehran and analyzed using the partial least squares method, a statistical analysis technique based on the structural equation modeling. Stability of the questionnaires used in the present study was calculated higher than 0.7 in term of Cronbachalpha, confirming the reliability. The results revealed that organizational factors, such as organizational strategy, structure, culture, and information content quality positively affect both BI systems’ effectiveness and organizational effectiveness. Also, the results showed that there is not a positive and significant effect between variables of process and information access quality on the effectiveness of the organization. Manuscript profile

        Today, information technology has penetrated into all parts of the organization and has affected even the most important assets of the organization, namely human resources and the management of these valuable organizational assets. With the increasing development of hardware and software infrastructure in today's organizations, new approaches to human resource management in combination with information technology and under the title of electronic human resource management (EHRM) has been able to gradually occupy a worthy place in the management processes of the organization. This issue is doubly important among public organizations, which are considered as an intermediary between government and society, and is able to improve the speed and power of organizational responsiveness and performance of the organization through its desired outputs. With this explanation, the purpose of this study is to design of an EHRM model to increase organizational effectiveness through organizational agility in subsidiary organizations of Ministry of Communication & Information Technology Iran. In terms of purpose, this study is an applied-developmental study based on a mixed exploratory approach and qualitative and quantitative analysis approaches seeking to identify the components that form the electronic human resource management system and significance of the relationship between this system and organizational agility and also the significance of the relationship between organizational agility and organizational effectiveness. In this regard, the study gathered the data in the qualitative part based on semi-structured interview tools and the opinions of 9 expert managers in the subsidiary organizations and in the quantitative part based on a sample of human resource managers in subordinate organizations of the mentioned Ministry. Qualitative data analyzed based on theme analysis method and quantitative data analyzed based on structural equation modeling. The results of the qualitative phase of the research showed that electronic human resource management includes seven dimensions or general task, fifteen components and a total of seventy six indicators. The results of the quantitative phase of the research also showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between electronic human resource management with organizational agility and also between organizational agility and organizational effectiveness in the. Based on the results, implementation and development of electronic human resource management system in an appropriate manner in the mentioned organizations is well able to strengthen and develop organizational agility to promote and improve organizational effectiveness. At the end of the study, solutions and suggestions were presented to develop the effectiveness of electronic human resource management system in the mentioned organizations. Manuscript profile

        Organizational effectiveness is crucial for the success of any economy and in order to increase achievement and retention of business results, organizations need to implement strategies that guarantee the success. Technology capabilities in terms of technology management activities, including strategies that can guarantee the success and also, the purpose of this study which investigated the effect of TMA on organizational effectiveness is a structural equation modeling approach. The research is applied and the method of data collection is descriptive-survey. In order to test the research model, a researcher made questionnaire was used and reliability of the questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha was calculated to be as %83. The population samples were chosen from managers and supervisors in Isfahan Oil Refining Company in 2013. The results showed that the TMA such as technology identification, acquisition, exploitation, protection and selection have a significant and positive effect on organizational effectiveness, while no significant effect was obtained for technology learning on organizational effectiveness. Therefore, in this study TMA usage is recommended as stimulus the advancement and competitiveness of enterprises in the global arena. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of applying accounting information systems on labor productivity in manufacturing firms in the period 2013 – 2018. With the help of IT software, the estimation of the model of the impact of accounting information systems on the productivity of the workforce in automobile manufacturing companies of Iran has been investigated. In order to analyze the statistical data of the present study, the information was first set up in the general information table or the maternal table, Then, all data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, using SPSS software, especially SPSS software. The results of testing the research hypotheses show that accounting information systems play an important role in labor productivity in manufacturing firms. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between accounting information systems and labor productivity in manufacturing firms. Therefore, it can be concluded that accounting information systems influence the productivity of labor firms in terms of effective management, decision making and performance control. And manufacturing companies that want to increase their efficiency in terms of profitability and adaptability to market changes can achieve this by investing in a proper accounting information system in their financial accounting processes. In this research, Bryson's strategic planning model, which is a public and non-profit model, is used. Bryson is the first person to pay attention to the planning systems of government organizations. This model includes the dimensions of initial agreement, determining organizational tasks, stakeholder analysis, mission, understanding the organizational environment, determining issues, strategic determination. The strategy describes the plans and actions of the organization's perspective and the one-year operational plan. This research has investigated each of the dimensions of strategic planning on organizational effectiveness based on the Talcott Parsons model that worked within the framework of the principles of the natural system. The Parsons model includes four components of adapting to the goal, Coherence, continuity and preservation of the model are the tools used in this research, including two questionnaires of strategic planning and organizational effectiveness. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (regression) were used for analysis and the obtained results indicate that strategic planning and each of its dimensions have an effect on organizational effectiveness.
