Technology units located in science and technology parks need financial resources, knowledge, technology and domestic and international markets to grow. Using foreign joint venture is one of the best ways to get technology units to market. In this regard, this study has been conducted with the aim of investigating the factors affecting the success of foreign joint ventures with the method of combined research in technology units located in science and technology parks of Tehran province. The statistical population of 225 technology units located in the parks of Tehran province and the time zone of the research is the fall of 1398. In the qualitative part of the research, a conceptual model of the research was developed by reviewing the background and interviewing 11 experts who were selected judiciously using the snowball technique. Then, in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire was randomly distributed in the statistical population of the research (technology units located in science and technology parks of Tehran province). 147 completed questionnaires were analyzed using structural equation modeling with SmartPLS software. the components affecting the success of foreign joint ventures were identified as the importance of environmental, cultural-behavioral and structural-organizational factors, respectively. In addition, the following components: increasing political stability, increasing the executive guarantee of intellectual property, increasing human resource empowerment, fairer legal structure of partnership, commitment and mutual trust between partners, reputation and previous experience of the trading partner are the most important factors influencing joint venture success. They are foreign from the point of view of technology units. The findings of this study provide scientific and theoretical implications and suggestions for the success of foreign investment in technology units located in science and technology parks. Abstract: The priority in subscription of new shares is the same as priority given to the previous shareholders that is under certain legal procedures and nature. The source of priority in Iranian law is law and articles of association in American law. In both legal systems, priority is a transactable right. The transfer of this right is carried out in the stock market or outside the market and based on restrictions the shareholders face in transfer of their shares. Like movable properties, priority can be attached by the third party and it can be sold on tender without formalities and immediately after the approval of the court. In Iranian law, priority is a peremptory norm and a non-abrogatable right of the former business partners. According to the articles of association, their rights cannot be denied although denying their priority is within the discretion and authority of extraordinary general assembly, which should be well-justified and non-forceable. The procedures must be brought in the reports of the board of directors and the official inspectors for proper decision making. In the United States of America’s law, however, the priority is a complementary principle and the shareholders will enjoy priority in case it has already been mentioned in the articles of association of the bank or financial institutions, otherwise, they will have no priority in subscription for new shares or for capital increase unless the articles of association is amended. The joint Low Density Parity-Check (LDPC) decoding schemes iteratively decode the received data from multiple channels. Mostly, the available data in different channels are correlated and there is kind of dependency between the links or channels. In recent decades, the graph-based codes have been considered for the communication network scenarios. The performance of these codes is close to the existing theoretical bounds and their complexity is not high which cause the possibility of real world implementation and exploitation. The Multiple Access Channel (MAC) scenario with multiple senders which aim to send correlated data to a single receiver is considered. An analysis on the reliability of the Bit Error Rate (BER) performance of the Joint Sum-Product (JSP) decoding algorithm is presented for a two-link case, which can be extended to higher number of links. The effect of parameter variations on the BER performance is studied. These parameters include: the total number of iterations, the codeword length, the total number of rounds, and the coding rate in the JSP algorithm. An optimal value of the parameters is selected during the design procedure of a communication network by considering its limitations and complexity criterion. The JSP algorithm is a reliable scheme for jointly decoding of noisy binary data from different origins. Manuscript profile

Application of minimally invasive surgeries are increasing in veterinary medicine. Joint disorders are among the most important cause for lameness in small animals, especially dogs. Arthroscopy is one of the techniques for diagnosing, treating and managing of joint injuries. Arthroscopy has advantages over arthrotomy. Arthroscopic surgery is used for management of different injuries in shoulder (glenohumeral), coxofemoral (hip), elbow, carpal and tarsal joints in small animals. Arthroscopy provides the best access to intra-articular structures. Also, post-operative cares, recovery, pain and infection are less than arthrotomy. The goal of this article is to review the uses of arthroscopy in small animals. Manuscript profile

Abstract: Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action an agreement was reached on Iran's nuclear program with the P5 + 1 on July 14, 2015. And its goals are to ensure that the nuclear program is peaceful and that Iran's right to enrich itself is recognized and that Iran does not acquire nuclear weapons; abolish outrageous sanctions; In this article we review the literature on the subject by studying library and Internet resources. To illustrate, Security Council resolutions include sanctions on ballistic missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads and restrictions on conventional arms sales. But Iran's missiles are not equipped to carry nuclear weapons and are designed solely to defend the country's territorial integrity. Therefore, from the legal point of view, missile tests do not violate any of the provisions of the Security Council Resolution. And these hostile, politically motivated positions indicate that the West is monitoring Iran's defensive behavior and, if necessary, failing to fulfill its obligations. Manuscript profile

In this paper, a new power allocation scheme for one target tracking in MIMO radar with widely dispersed antennas is designed. This kind of radar applies multiple antennas which are deployed widely dispersed from each other. Therefore, a target is observed simultaneously from different uncorrelated angles and it offers spatial diversity. In this radar, a target’s radar cross section (RCS) is different in each transmit-receive path. So, a random complex Gaussian RCS is supposed for one target. Power allocation is used to allocate the optimum power to each transmit antenna and avoid illuminating the extra power in the environment and hiding it from interception. This manuscript aims to minimize the target tracking error with constraints on total transmit power and the power of each transmit antenna. For calculation of target tracking error, the joint Cramer Rao bound for a target velocity and position is computed and this is assumed as an objective function of the problem. It should be noted that a target RCS is also considered as unknown parameter and it is estimated along with target parameters. This makes a problem more similar to real conditions. After the investigation of the problem convexity, the problem is solved by particle swarm optimization (PSO) and sequential quadratic programming (SQP) algorithms. Then, various scenarios are simulated to evaluate the proposed scheme. The simulation results validate the accuracy and the effectiveness of the power allocation structure for target tracking in MIMO radar with widely separated antennas. Manuscript profile

Septic arthritis is an important cause of lameness in cattle and calves and delay in treatment, can lead to early culling, a decrease in production, and economic losses in herd. Although responsible for septic arthritis but can also be caused by other microorganisms. This condition occurs when joint space affects by invasion of various microorganisms. Failure of transfer of passive immunity, penetrating wounds, septicemia, and therapeutic or diagnostic interventions are the causes of septic arthritis. Lameness, joint effusion, pain, and fever are the most important of clinical signs of septic arthritis. One or more joints may be affected. Complete physical examination, synovial fluid and blood analysis, and imaging studies techniques are used as diagnostic tools for septic arthritis. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment of septic arthritis are necessary to improve prognosis. Treatment strategy of septic arthritis includes antimicrobial therapy, anti-inflammatories, and joint lavage. Pathophysiology, diagnosis and treatment of septic arthritis are described in this article. Manuscript profile

Lameness of the hindlimbs originating from the stifle joint is one of the causes of pain, production losses, and culling from herd in cattle. Stifle is a large joint divided into femeropatellar and lateral and medial femorotibial joints. The major soft tissue structures of the stifle joint are lateral and medial collateral ligaments, cranial and caudal cruciate ligaments, lateral, middle, and medial patellar ligaments, and menisci That contribute to stabilize the stifle joint and its function. Different disorders including fractures, arthritis, and injuries of the menisci, collateral, and cruciate ligaments, and upward fixation of the patella affect stifle joint in cattle. The most important sequela of the stifle injuries is degenerative joint disease. Various degree of joint effusion, pain and lameness are the common clinical signs of stifle injuries in cattle. Lameness of the stifle joint may be difficult to diagnose and treat. Therefore, careful examination of the hindlimb is indicated. Radiography and ultrasonography can be used for diagnosis of stifle joint injuries in cattle. Because of the economic considerations and other limitations, advanced diagnostic techniques such as arthroscopy, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging are uncommonly performed in cattle. Conservative management and surgical techniques are used for treatment of stifle disorders in cattle. Economic value of the cattle, severity of injury, presence of degenerative joint disease, availability of surgical equipment, and expertise of the surgeon should be considered for selecting of treatment options. Prognosis of stifle disorders in cattle is variable and depends on the type of injury, its severity, involved structures and concurrent injuries as well as cattle condition. In this article the most important soft tissues injuries of the stifle joint, clinical signs, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of these injuries are described. Manuscript profile

The study area is located in the south of Qushadagh mountain range, in the north of Asbkhan village, Heris township and in East Azarbaijan province. In terms of structural geology of Iran, this area is located in the main zone of Central Iran and Alborz-Azerbaijan sub-zone. The geological units of the region are including Eocene igneous and pyroclastic rocks with combination of andesitic, Trachyandesitic, basaltic, tuffic and ignembritic. The semi-deep intrusive mass with Oligocene age, with the combination of quartz diorite, diorite and quartz monzonite in the form of stock and dyke is exposed in the area. Structural studies, including fault plates, slickenside on them, and the joints system in various lithologies, indicate at least two general stress directions in the range, Which can be created following one tectonic regime or two tectonic regimes. If we consider the tectonic regime as a phase and consider the tensors with different directions as the result of rotation in the fault plates, We can introduce a general strike-slip regime with a general north-south trend that controls the existing structures of the region. At the same time, the infiltration of intrusive masses has caused the disintegration of these structures and made the issue more complicated. In general, faults with a northwest-southeast trend and a right on strike-slip mechanism, form the main structures of the area.Other faults are controlled by the main structures following the Riddle fractures system. Based on the system of joints in four different lithologies, lithological units from old to new include: basaltic andesite, quartz diorite, quartz monzonite (porphyry mass) and diorite, which from old to new reduces the diversity of the joints system. The northwest-southeast tectonic system has been involved in the development of argillic alteration and the northeast-southwest system has been important in the development of siliceous and mineralized veins.
