The electronic commerce is considered as one of the strategies to maintain competitive advantage in the companies. To have a successful electronic commerce in each business, some requirements and infrastructures are needed in advance. "Technical infrastructure" is as the most fundamental and most important infrastructure for electronic commerce. In this study, a comprehensive model is presented that introduces the effective factors on the success of electronic commerce in the technical infrastructure and shows that how by using importance-performance analysis model, it can be possible to identify the undesirable infrastructure factors that lead to unsuccessfulness of electronic commerce in each business and prioritize them for improvement and, technical infrastructure of electronic commerce and it’s capabilities which are necessary for successful implementation will be reviewed and technical infrastructure factor that cause failure of the e-commerce in the tile and ceramic industry of Maybod county, as one of the main centers of ceramic and tile production in the world and the biggest exporter of tiles in Iran, will be evaluated using the " analysis of importance- Performance" method. The results indicate that the internal infrastructure as well as the hardware and software available in theses firms, have acceptable condition and non-use of electronic payments, poor public infrastructure (Internet), lack of enough human force and undesirable capability of websites, are the main factors for failure of electronic commerce in term of technical infrastructure in these firms, respectively. Tourism is known as clean and dynamic industry that in the case of development it has benefits such as increasing social justice and increasing employment in the society and in the case of urban infrastructures they develop more. City as the highest manifestation of collective life has always been exposed to applying different and sometimes inconsistent creative taste of architecture and urban designers. As Mumford believes that there is many initial relationships that they lead to social innovation and creativity in life. Creative city is a new and noteworthy subject in the domain of urbanism and it has pivotal role in the growth and development of cities. The emergence and spread of the idea of creative city is an evidence of this claim. The intense competition among cities as tourism destinations has forced cities to find solutions to be differentiated from other cities and tourism destinations Therefore; the development of tourism is one of the main and secure ways to achieve creative cities. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of potentials in the development of infrastructures in the formation of the creative city in Kermanshah city. The research method is analytical-descriptive and the main instrument of gathering data is questionnaire. Statistical population of the study is residents of Kermanshah city. In order to analyzing the result of questionnaire, the structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS software is used and for obtaining the needed map, the GIS software is used. The results showed that tourism potentials are effective in the development of infrastructures and the formation of the creative city in the Kermanshah city. Manuscript profile

The growth of urbanization and the tendency of human populations to urban environments have made the context more meaningful for the concept of urban livability. Urban livability is one of the basic foundations of sustainable urban development, and as a dual-use coin, one of which is livelihoods, and on the other, it is ecological sustainability. The purpose of this study is to provide a combination model of Tehran metropolis based on infrastructure indicators. The research method is descriptive -analytical and of survey type and in terms of its purpose. Data were collected through a library-based survey and a researcher-made questionnaire. 485 residents of Tehran's metropolitan area were sampled using probability sampling and data were collected using structural equations and statistical tests in Smart PLS, Spss software were analyzed. The results of this study indicate that among the 13 biodegradability indicators measured in the 22 metropolitan areas of Tehran metropolitan area, the index of infrastructure facilities and services has the highest score and the index of continuity and location belonging to the lowest scores. And among the three dimensions of bioavailability, the highest score belongs to the economic dimension. Other findings of the study showed that in the 22 areas of Tehran, the 1, 3, and 2 ranges have the highest score and opposite to the 20th zone in the lowest rank in terms of biomass indicators. The descriptive statistics regarding the final score and the livability dimensions in the 22 areas showed that the average life expectancy score of the metropolis of Tehran was 3.041, which is at a low level. In today’s competitive world, the ability of acceptance and utilization of ICT in industries is one of the critical success factors in productive industries. The target of this paper is presentation of a model for evaluation of e-manufacturing e-readiness in manufacturing industries. This research was conducted in three phases utilizing mixed research method. In the first phase, Barroso and Sandelowski Meta-Synthesis method containing seven steps was invoked and the primary conceptual model was created. In the second phase, by arranging semi-structured interviews with the experts, a supplementary model was completed. In the third phase in order to quantitatively validate the developed model, various statistical tests and confirmatory factor analysis were employed. Structural equation modeling and path analysis were made use of for checking accuracy of the assumptions as well as testing the proposed model in SmartPLS 3 software. After confirmation of path coefficients and coefficients meaningfulness (t-values), we checked model in terms of various indexes, all of which point to the eminence of the model. The results of applying the above steps were corroboration of the scientific standing of the latter model. Incorporating there major components i.e. , ICT infrastructure in manufacturing , ICT application capacities in manufacturing, ICT value augmenting opportunities in manufacturing along with 28 indexes, the model set forth in this study was ultimately received full confirmation.
