Landslide is a geological phenomenon which cause annual enormous losses of life and property in the country. Since the set of natural and human factors contributed to the damages caused by the landslide, this phenomenon is known as the limiting factor in land development policies. One of the most important solution to reduce the damages caused by landslides, is to avoide these areas. For this it is essential to provide high accuracy maps of landslide hazard zoning by an available and suitable method. Thus in this study GIS (Geographic Information System) was utilized to determine the high risk areas and evaluate the impact of various factors. At first the influenced factors were selected by field and other reserchers studies then the layers were prepared on GIS ( by the use of ArcGIS 10.2). These layers are lithology, slope, aspect, land use, road networks, distance to fault, elevation and drainage watershed in Emamzade Ebrahim watershed in west of Guilan province, Iran. In step 1, standardization of the layers was done using Fuzzy logic. Step 2, analyze hierarchi prossess (AHP) was used to pair-wise comparison of these factors and the weight of each factor, which represents the degree of their influence had been calculated and finally landslide hazard zonation map was prepared with different sensitivities. Slope by the weight of 0/308 and lithology 0/231 had highest impact and should be more emphasis and considere on basin development planning managers and policy makers. Also 39% of the basin area has low sensitivity and 2% has very high sensitivity to the risk of the occurrence of landslide hazard. Manuscript profile

The present study is descriptive and analytical survey and the area is extensive. Sample size of 349 was calculated by using Cochran's sample size. In analyzing the data, descriptive and inferential statistics spss software and T-Test and Anova tests and criteria for determining the modeling software ecotourism entrepreneur Amos was used. T-test results confirmed the effect of each of the studied factors, and the results of the ANOVA test indicate that each dimension has a different mean in terms of effectiveness. Findings of the second order factor model structural equation modeling show that the operating infrastructure with 0/94 accounted for highest load factor more than any other influenced factors. After operating infrastructure and social service agents, with an 0/86 joint second place with a time factor into account. Environmental factors, institutional and economic factor loading, respectively, 0/84, 0/71 and 0/69 are next in rank. It can be said that the development of infrastructure factors than other factors affecting the development of entrepreneurial opportunities will be ecotourism. Manuscript profile

The research method is analytical and the purpose of the research is practical. In order to analyze the data, SPSS software and FARAS model were used. The results of the exploratory analysis model showed that in the physical factor, the sub-criterion (existence of beautiful and unique landscapes) had the highest percentage of effect and the criterion (suitability of recreational and sports equipment) had the least effect, in the economic factor, the sub-criterion (cheapness) Travel to the villages of Gilan) the most impact and and sub-criteria (reasonable prices of welfare accommodations and tourist suites) have the least impact, finally the social factor, sub-criteria (attractive lifestyle of the people of Gilan village for tourists) the most impact and Sub-criteria (level of awareness and education of rural residents towards tourists) has the least impact on the development of ecotourism demand in rural areas of Gilan. The results of the gray Aras model showed that the physical dimension with weight (0.590), the social and cultural dimension with weight (0.542), the economic dimension with weight (0.389), the highest and the lowest, respectively. This study sought to identify the factors involved in the eco-friendly behavior of students, evaluating the extent they were effective in that regard. The population of this survey study comprised of 320 students of University of Tehran and Science and Culture University who were equally selected through systematic random sampling and classified into two groups of eco-tourism related students and non-ecotourism ones. Having administered a standard relevant questionnaire, we analyzed the data collected from the survey through which the questionnaires were filled, in each individual university, by the two groups of students, half of whom belonged to the first group and the others belonged to the second. The findings of the study indicated significant differences between the ecotourism behavior of male and female students and those of the ecotourism and non-ecotourism students. A significant positive relationship was also found between eco-friendly behavior and environmental awareness, attitude, and active membership in environment NGOs. Manuscript profile

This qualitative study sought to identify the causes and effects of the phenomenon of collective nature-based tourism among the people living in Ilam City using the grounded theory method. The population of the study comprised all residents of Ilam City in 2019, among whom twenty-four people were selected through purposive sampling until theoretical saturation was reached. The required data were collected via semi-structured in-depth interviews, which were then analyzed using open, axial, and selective coding. In the open coding stage, 928 semantic propositions and 157 basic concepts were identified, which were then categorized into 27 axial categories in the axial coding stage. Finally, the core category was identified based on the content analysis of the axial categories identified in the previous stage. The findings of the study indicated the effective role of causal conditions, curiosity, psychological reinvigoration, nostalgia, and conspicuous consumption on the spread of collective nature-based tourism. Moreover, it was found that contextual conditions, including environmental and climatic conditions, economic status, family background, holidays, and spatial belonging on the one hand, and intervening conditions such as the lack of leisure facilities in the city, and temporal and gender limitations on the other hand, were also involved in such a phenomenon. On the other hand, the findings revealed that the people living in Ilam opted for health-oriented, taste-oriented, culture-oriented, and destructive interactions and strategies while trying to improve social relations. In general, the core category of "collective nature-based tourism as a manifestation of opportunities and threats" was extracted from the content analysis of axial codes, indicating that this kind of tourism creates opportunities for individuals to improve their mental and emotional well-being and social life and strengthen their solidarity. However, it can bring about some threats to nature, including its destruction which may be caused by dumping waste, deforestation, and hunting. Manuscript profile
