        Due to the increased prevalence of autism spectrum disorder, professionals need to access and study programs which are de-signed to improve fundamental problems of these children. The present study has inves-tigated the effectiveness of a social skills group intervention based on DeRosier Program for decreasing externalizing behavior problems in children with high functioning autism. The study was done as a single-subject design using the A-B-A method. The statistical population consisted of children with high-func-tioning autism in Isfahan. Three students were selected using a purposeful sampling. The base-lines were drawn up using a subscale of Externalizing Behavior Problems (Social Skills Improvement System Rating Scales) (SSIS). There were 20 training sessions, each for 40 minutes which were held by the researcher. The evaluations were completed during the treatment and followed up by one the child specialist teacher one month later. Based on the results of the visual analysis of the data, this program has been effective in reducing behavioral problems (PND for participants respectively, 100%, 85.71%, and 100%). The results from PEM, NAP, TauU (at least 0.85%) indicate the effectiveness of this program. Therefore, the improvement of social skills in a group-based intervention has led to the growth of positive communicative experiences and reduced be-havioral problems for this group of children.         This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of an emotion regulation pro gram using emotional schema therapy on distress tolerance and empowerment of mothers of children with autistic disorder. The research method was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest and a control group. The statistical population of this study included all mothers of children with autism disorder in Isfahanin. Sampling was done through available sampling method, and forty people were randomly selected and assigned to experimental and control groups. The independent variable of the emotion regulation training program based on Leahy's emotional schema therapy method was administered, in 8 sessions for the experimental group. The distress Tolerance Scale (DTS) and Family Empowerment Scale (FES) were the instruments of the study. For data analysis, analysis of covariance was used. The results indicated that an emotion regulation training program based on Leahy's emotional schema therapy improved the empowerment and distress tolerance in mothers of children with autistic disorder (P<0.01) Manuscript profile

        Children with autism, Asperger's, or pervasive developmental disorders have delays in motor skills in addition to impaired social skills and repetitive stereotyped behaviors. Delays in motor abilities in autistic children are varied and include delays in sitting, crawling, walking as well as abnormal gait, poor posture control, and an inability to plan movement. Also, social interaction is a defect in the use of non-verbal behaviors and a lack of communication appropriate to the buttocks. Autism is a disorder that is affecting more and more people. For example, cognitive and verbal disabilities are very severe in some of these patients, while others have a very high level of mental genius and talent. The main purpose of this study is to study and recognize the biological and psychological scientific views of children with autism. Based on scientific principles, it can be concluded that autism spectrum disorder is a debilitating disease that impairs social interactions, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, learning ability, and some vital emotions.         Treatment of children with autism is limited to hospital and treatment spaces, and urban spaces, especially green spaces, do not play a suitable role in their presence in the social setting. In terms of green spaces, landscape healing is debatable and significant, and in terms of therapy, it can be beneficial to the treatment and health of autistic children. This research besides presenting a descriptive description of the characteristics of autistic children in dealing with the environment, and considering the effective factors regarding children's presence in the urban landscape, proposes strategies for designing healing parks through this perspective. This research is done with an applied purpose, based on descriptive-analytical logic and with a qualitative method and classifying interviews with physicians, psychologists, and mothers of children with autism, benefiting from theoretical studies on the environment and disease type. The healing landscape, considering the benefit of a multi-sensory and prone space in the community presence in the open space, can suitably impact the treatment of children, if it benefits from a controllable space and observes physical components in reducing harm to children from the environment.         The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of combined compassion-focused therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy on Adherence to treatment and Parenting Stress in mothers of autistic children in Khomeinishahr city in 2023. The research was semi-experimental in the form of pre-test-post-test with a control group. In this research, the purposeful sampling method was used, and from the statistical population, which consisted of all mothers with autistic children in Khomeinishahr, whose children were being educated at the Sarai Pakan center, 30 people were selected based on the inclusion criteria and randomly replaced in two experimental and control groups. The tools were Parental Stress Questionnaire (PSI) (Abidin, 2018) and Adherence to treatment Questionnaire (Madanlu, 2012). After the pre-test, the experimental group was trained in 10 sessions of 90 minutes. Then, both groups were re-evaluated; The results were analyzed with spss software and covariance method. The results showed that the implemented treatment had an effect on the Adherence to treatment and parental tension in the post-test stage and the changes in the experimental group were statistically significant compared to the control group. (P<0.05) Also, the treatment was effective on the components of adherence to the treatment, integration with life, commitment to treatment and resourcefulness in the implementation of the treatment, and also on the components of parental stress, except relations with spouse, competence, depression, social isolation and reinforcement have been significant.
