  Nowadays, green entrepreneurship is one of the most popular fields of economics. Since entrepreneurship is a dynamic process, in order to create and increase capital, green entrepreneurship is a strategy to maintain both the cycle of nature and the stability and structural continuity of society. The Green Entrepreneur is indeed an environmental think tank whose most important achievements for the green development of the country are job creation, wealth, welfare and discovering opportunities for sustainable development. This article examines entrepreneurship and entrepreneur, entrepreneurship and green development, and green entrepreneurship and its types. The relationship between entrepreneurship and green development depends on the relationship between the business and the environment, which acts as a two-way relationship. Accordingly, green entrepreneurship is a multidimensional phenomenon with multiple levels of analysis that takes place inter or transdisciplinary.   Priority setting helps maintain a clear focus, and according to the limitation of resources, it is necessary for reducing and controlling the burden of social problems better resource allocation. The present study aimed to identify and prioritize Iran's most critical social problems. This study was conducted in two steps. In the first step, a framework for classifying social problems was developed by reviewing the literature. Based on this framework, a list of social problems was prepared and categorized. In the second step, by studying the articles and books published in the field of social health, 20 experts in this field were selected and provided with the framework. Utilizing the Delphi method, the experts were asked to rank the mentioned list based on the three criteria including; prevalence, severity, and importance. Expert opinions were taken in three rounds. The country's social problems were categorized into three categories in order of priority. Although problems in society are numerous, the ten problems that have been assigned the highest priority in the present study are unemployment, corruption, income inequality, expensive housing, mistrust, poverty, reduction of productive investment, addiction, crime, and desperation. Planning for interventions and conducting social health research in the coming years should consider the aforementioned high-priority social problems that impose the most significant burden on society. The diverse social problems prioritized do not have exactly the same causes, consequences, and ways of control; therefore, identifying specific solutions to control them should be the next step in the process of social health planning.   Human’s security means to be free from fear and need. It’s impact on all branches of human’s life and development has given it a fundamental role in a way which it’s guarantee and provision by government will result in people’s happiness and their satisfaction leads to increase of public trust and social wealth Purpose: The purpose of this paper is the government’s role in human’s security and its effect on people’s happiness Method: The research method for this paper is descriptive and analytical Findings: In recent decade’s discussions has been considered about the importance of happiness due to its abundance effects in quality and satisfactions in individual’s life and government role. Happiness has been used in concepts like wellbeing, enjoyment, prosperity, fortunate in which by definition differ but in conversations they are used as synonyms. Results: With an advancement of science and technology, development of human civilization and emerge of globalization phenomena, a great transition has been done in government and its duties definition. Human’s needs levelled up and government’s duties did not summarized in securing public interest and providing public services any more since provision of social welfare was also added to government tasks.
