        Today, environmental problems are one of the most important urban issues and conflicts with the natural environment. Because urban development has to be controlled by the building industry and transportation, and economic activity on natural spaces, this dominance is dominated by the language in the from of dominance of the city over the nature of the city. The fact is that the root of contemporary environmental crises should beviewed in the view and interpretation of the environment of natural search . In other words the main problem is the knowledge and the world of the nose. Green city is a new approach to making solutions to change destructive behavior and to encourage positive environmental behavior. The use of energy in home, use of insecticides, disposal of waste materials in non-sanitary manner non-segregation of waste for recycling, and that is not the result of a partnership program. The city of Shemshak is the first candidate for the green city, due to its environmental ability and tourist attractions to implement green indicators and become a high-quality model and model for other cities in the province of Tehran and the country. In this context using the SWOT technique (analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) to identify the effective internal and external factors in this context.         Integrated urban management means adopting a holistic approach and designing mechanisms to follow the above-mentioned approach in city affairs management. The purpose of this research is to investigate the integrated urban management strategies in Ahwaz. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical. For this purpose, firstly, using library studies, interviewing and completing the research data collection questionnaire, using the SOWT model, a solution for integrated management in Ahwaz was developed. In this regard, the establishment of integrated management of the best decision to reduce and eliminate known deficiencies Became The t-test results show that the mean of all nine components is lower than the theoretical average (3), and their difference from numerical desirability is also negatively evaluated and estimated, meaning that most subjects have chosen a low and very low option. In the meantime, the status of the organizational structure component is more inferior to the other components of the situation, and the component of the system view and power are more favorable.         3 - Prioritization and Identification of Dust Storm Sources in Fars Province

        The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize dust storm sources in Fars province. The data collection tool in this study is two types of questionnaires including AHP and SWOT. Using AHP method, the questionnaires were extracted and weighted by 20 professors and experts. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Fars Province in the field of dust storm resources were prepared by SWOT questionnaire with a 5 point Likert scale. Finally, it was used to determine the appropriate strategy in the area of dust storm sources. The SWOT questionnaire was completed by thirty experts and professors proficient in the province. Nine factors including Human Penetration Index, Early Crop Changes, Precipitation Efficiency Coefficient, Human Indicators of Soil Degradation (Human Indices), Frequency of Dust Storms, Soil Physical Properties, Precipitation, Drought and Temperature (Natural Indicators) were investigated. The results of the study showed that 31.3% of the province's area was in a very high class and 19.48% of the province's area was in a high class for being prone to dust. Internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) in Fars province were compared in pairs. The relative weight of weaknesses is 0.223 and the relative weight of strengths is 0.763. The final score of internal factors for the province is 3.296. External factors are also compared in pairs. The relative weight of threats is 0.345 and the relative weight of opportunities is 0.655.         The purpose of this study was to analyze the in-service training courses for personnel of Gas National Company of Kerman province based on SWOT model. This study is an applied and descriptive-survey research. The statistical population consists of all Personnel of National Gas Company of Kerman province who has participated in in-service training courses (122) and the sample includes 100. The instrument was a researcher made questionnaire. The validity of instrument determined 0.88 via experts’ opinions and the reliability estimated 0.86 according to Cronbach's alpha. In order to data analysis, SPSS software and SWOT analysis were used. Results showed that the highest priority of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats were as followed respectively: high outcome of training courses in out of company with primary coefficient of 419, inequality of knowledge level of participants at the beginning of a training course with primary coefficient of 387, influence of out of province training courses on increasing knowledge of personnel and their happiness and changing their moods with primary coefficient of 430, and inattention to evaluation results and do not pay persuasive reward harmonizing to personnel’s needs to their participations in out of company training courses with primary coefficient of 329. Accordingly, the best strategy for this company is attacking one, so that the authorities, using the attacking strategies that have presented in this research, could maximize the opportunities.
