Web2 and the evolving vision of Web3 have a great effect on facilitation of information sharing, information aggregation, interoperability, user-centered design, collaboration on the World Wide Web, and crowd-centered services. New concept of Web is the intuition that drives crowdsourcing, crowd servicing, and crowd computing. Crowdsourcing has emerged as a new on-line distributed problem solving and production model in which crowds of networked people collaborate to complete tasks and processes through internet. Organizations are increasingly employing crowdsourcing to access scalable and cheap workforce on-line, and via this approach they could get tasks done in less time, with lower cost, and higher quality. Active and continuous participation of skilled and capable crowdworkes and provision of high quality solutions by them are key success factor of crowdsourcing in organizations. But by investigating crowdsourcing efforts in organizations it could be recognized that most of them don’t guarantee active and continuous participation of skilled and capable crowdworkers. As a result, a better understanding of crowdworkers’ behavior and identification of effective factors on their participation and performance could be very useful in efficient and effective design of crowdsourcing platforms and contests. There are limited studies on the identification of factors affecting the performance of crowdsourcing, and each of them focuses on a specific group of factors. This paper is a comprehensive study on researches and empirical studies that have been conducted to identify effective factors on crowdsourcing performance and a comparison between different studies will be conducted. Export is one of the most important economic activities in the success of firms that has attracted attention of researchers and strategists. This attention is because of the convenience in using this strategy in entering in other international markets and due to benefits of export in development firms. This has motivated firms to acquire export knowledge and train it in their companies in order to guarantee their successful performance in expert. Ambidexterity is an approach that can be effective in terms of creating export knowledge. Ambidexterity, (with two dimensions of exploitation and exploration) in export companies, helps organizations to use export knowledge more effectively and efficiently, in other words ambidexterity can help export companies acquire learning capabilities as a learning organization. As a result, this learning capability can lead to more proper new products in competition. This paper investigates the effect of innovation ambidexterity on export knowledge and new product performance. In literature section we reviewed export and competition in international markets, innovation, export knowledge and competition power, ambidexterity and its dimensions and new product development. After reviewing the literature, we created a model based on the literature and experts views. Experts verified our model and the proposed hypotheses after some discussions. Our proposed model shows that ambidexterity and its dimensions has a positive effect on export knowledge and an effect on export performance while export knowledge has a positive effect on export knowledge. One problem of machine made carpet industry problems is short life, then attending to sustainability is crucial. In recent years, social dimension, environmental dimension and financial dimension is regarded as sustainability dimensions. For achieving sustainability, diverse enablers have been introduced. The role of SC performance in this relationship is vague. In this study we investigated Impact of SC Enablers on SC Sustainability with moderating role of SC performance in machine made carpet industry of Iran. Statistical Society in first step is expert and in the second step is machine made carpet firms. For analyzing data, we use Delphi, EFA and DFA. Result has been showed that SC performance has the mediation role in the relationship between enablers and sustainability. In enabler's dimension, knowledge and info management and good relationship have the first importance. In SC performance and SC sustainability we didn't see any difference. Manuscript profile

The main purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of internal financial resource allocation mechanisms on the educational and research performance of departments. Present study could be classified as a theoretical-applied research in terms of objectives and descriptive-analytic as well as correlational in terms of methodology. Shahid Chamran University was selected as the statistical population and all the required data concerning faculties and departments was collected. In order to collect the required data in the time domain of 2010-2013, documents and records held by different units of the university were scrutinized and reviewed. For data analysis, descriptive statistics tables including average growth rates, means, standard deviations and correlation coefficients were developed while to determine the relationships between variables and fit regression models of interest, inferential statistics and multilevel modelling methods were used. The results show that: (1) values do not have the same structure and homogeneity and there is a dissonance between time units and departments. The calculated statistics for research performance (ρ=0.68) and academic performance (ρ=0.52) indicates the necessity of using multilevel modeling. 2) Managerial and educational performance of the departments per faculty member during the study period has encountered some fluctuations and the general trend of these indices has been increasing 3) each department has experienced an individual trend. 4) The mechanisms of financial resource allocation significantly affect educational and research performances of the departments. Nowadays, the performance of organizations cannot be judged solely on the basis of financial criteria, because research has shown that the market value of companies and financial institutions is mainly non-financial assets to which assets intangible or intellectual capital. This study is tended to identify the dimensions of intellectual capital and knowledge management and their impact on organizational performance in IOTC. This research has been done by using a descriptive analyzing method. The population sample in this study was the managerial members of the company (managers and supervisors) which included 214 individuals at the time, and was conducted by a census method, the structural equation modeling is utilized for data analyzing. The results of data analysis indicate that the proposed model has a suitable fitness. In this model, human capital (HC), structural capital (SC) and relational capital (RC) had positive effect on organization performance, and also these components have indirect positive effect as a mediating role of knowledge management on organization performance, which the impact of each factor has been specified and ranked; then some suggestions have been made accordingly. The purpose of this research was identifying the barriers of effective managerial coaching and their mechanisms of influence when "a manager faces the employee's unsatisfactory performance" in a data center services unit. The research was carried out using the grounded theory strategy. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with eighteen people comprising eight managers and ten employees, using theoretical sampling. Five barriers were identified one of which is a contextual characteristic of data center industry and its influence on coaching in that industry was not studied before. Two other barriers were not identified in previous studies either. The core category of the identified barriers is that sometimes the manger or the employee, ignore the unsatisfactory performance situation as a coaching situation. The mechanisms of influence of barriers were not found in the literature but in this study, three mechanisms were identified. First, they prevent manager from coaching behavior. Second, they prevent employee’s learning despite manager’s coaching behavior. Third, they weaken the employee-manager work relationship despite manager’s coaching behavior. Three solutions are suggested to data center service providers. First, employees and managers can take the situations of unsatisfactory performance as an appropriate opportunity for coaching by enhancement of their self awareness and mindfulness such that they consciously recognize the suitable moments for coaching. The organization should also promote the supportive approach of managers when they react to the employee’s unsatisfactory performance. Second, the human resource specialists and managers should help the employees develop required non-technical competencies. Third, the human resource specialists should help the managers learn how to motivate their employees and mechanisms of employee motivation for learning should be designed in the organization. The present study aimed to develop a model for performance coaching indices for public relations managers of petrochemical companies in the South Pars region. This applied study used exploratory content analysis to form categories including dimensions, components, and behavioral indices. A mixed-methods approach was used for data collection and analysis. In the qualitative phase, data were collected via interviews with experts in the field of coaching. The data collected in the qualitative phase were analyzed using content analysis of texts, interviews, and questionnaires with a Delphi approach. In the quantitative phase, data were collected via surveys with the network pairwise comparison questionnaire and the standard ACHIEVE performance measurement questionnaire. Twenty experts were recruited for the qualitative phase and 160 public relations managers for the quantitative phase. The results of the research showed that experts agreed on three individual, social, and organizational dimensions by consensus. Experts agreed on the indices obtained from the review of literature and interviews, which included eight individual indices, six social indices, and five organizational indices. Organizational dimension had the highest effect on performance management with a path coefficient of 4.6, followed by the individual dimension with a path coefficient of 2.55, and the social dimension with a path coefficient of 2.46. Based on path coefficient analysis in structural equations, the priority of indices (path coefficient) in the individual dimension was as follows: behavior and character (9.36), media literacy (2.33), cognitive intelligence and empowerment (7.25), personality (5.19), and accountability (8.9). The priority of indices for the social dimension was as follows: communication skills (4.28), status and position (3.26), participation (2.24), dynamism (5.19), altruism (3.17), and team planning (1.14). The obtained indices were tested for their relationship with performance components based on the ACHIEVE model. The test results showed that the path coefficients of individual, social and organizational dimensions on performance management were 0.190, 0.267, and 0.397, respectively. This means that the factors have a positive and significant effect on performance management and the developed model is approved. Manuscript profile

Border Cooperatives are one of the most populous cooperatives that were established with the aim of increasing the level of welfare and economic power of border people and due to the fragile employment situation and economic activities in border areas, they need double support and their performance should be considered. In this regard, the present study, using the survey method and the use of SPSS and Smart PLS software, seeks to answer the main question: what is the role of social capital in the performance of Tonekabon border cooperatives? The statistical population of the present study is all members of Tonekabon city border cooperatives, whose number according to the latest statistics is about 92,000 people and 384 of them were selected using the Cochran's formula as the sample size. The results indicate that between the total amount of social capital (0.34) and its dimensions, ie social trust (0.38), social participation (0.41), social cohesion (0.30), social support (0.27) 0), social awareness (0.35), social communication (0.36) with the political participation of citizens there is a positive, direct and significant relationship. Therefore, all research hypotheses are confirmed. The results of the structural equation model (Smart PLS) also showed that the total effect of the independent variable of social capital on the performance of frontier cooperatives is 0.55, which by considering the values of the volume of the effect of the coefficient of determination of this value in the amount Average (0.30) is estimated.
