The creation of paradox in the field of women's employment has raised questions among thinkers in the economic, social, moral, and religious spheres. The argument of this article is to see what is Islam's approach to women's employment? What are the obstacles and challenges facing the issue of women's employment in an Islamic society? This research has tried to analyze the economic and living conditions of women by documenting the systematic and exploratory study by reviewing the systematic studies conducted in this field and the theoretical considerations taken from the Islamic point of view, emphasizing its adaptation to the original religious teachings in Islamic Iran. Pay attention to the main purpose. The findings show that although Islam has given women the principle of economic independence, women are both the owners of their labor and production and have no responsibility for the family's economy, but in the context of handing over labor to women in Islam, the interests of society, the family It also takes into account individual circumstances and issues, which create limitations for women's work. Certificates of cognitive population show that women's economic participation has increased from 12.93 percent in the 1976 census to 16 percent in the 2016 census, indicating a change in the participation of women in the Islamic economy, a change in their personal and social identities. An increase in the number of female graduates, women’s employment in different economic sectors and increase in women's activity in management sectors compared to previous decades indicate a significant growth. However, the lack of equal opportunities in favor to men to find jobs, lower wages than men and the unemployment rate of women, especially in higher education, the existence of some social and cultural restrictions on women's employment, attitudes and misconceptions. Compared to the competence of women in various jobs, the expansion of gender inequality in access to resources and the consequent increase in harm due to the lack of readiness and recognition of society are the main concern and challenge of women's employment in the Islamic Republic of Iran.         The objective of this paper is to identify the factors affecting the fast-growing companies. Based on the conceptual framework and literature review, this paper reviews four dimensions identified as the main factors of fast-growing companies. They comprise leaders’ characteristics, opportunity awareness, innovation and human capital. A questionnaire is used to collect data. The sample frame that will be used for the research will be the managers and employees with minimum six years of experience in the Behestan Daru Company. The techniques of the study were employed to analyze the data including Student's T test; analyzing Correlation and Friedman rank test. The results of this paper show that the above four dimensions have positive and significant effects on the fast-growing company. Furthermore, from the managers’ viewpoints, the factors are ranked according to their relative importance as follows: leaders’ characteristics, human capital, opportunity recognition and innovation while from the employees’ viewpoint they are ranked in the following order: leaders’ characteristics, opportunity awareness, human capital and innovation. Thus each of these sub-branches of the factors that can also be important from the perspective of their managers and experts are outlined as: Production and delivering new products, creative entrepreneurs, people with characteristics fitting the job description, an assessment of managers and staff periodically, circumstances, environment, management's ability to perceive entrepreneurial opportunities, identifying the potentials, experience in the organization, and entrepreneurial experience. In this study the conceptual framework of indicators that is another indicator of the interviewed managers and the experts was asked including communication, age, empowerment and financial capacities, organizational cultures, which are all influencing the fast growth.         Organizations that have the technology and the ability to use it can recognize and exploit this opportunity. Technology is one of the most vital components of commercial and industrial organizations. The existence of efficient information technology system is the basis of IT capabilities. Active companies in science and technology parks, which have become an important element in today's knowledge economy, should be active in identifying entrepreneurial opportunities and taking advantage of the available opportunities in the most desirable way. Therefore, the present study attempts to investigate the effect of IT capabilities on the identification of entrepreneurship opportunities by survey method and based on interpretive structural modeling in the Smart-PLS software environment in growth companies in Zahedan science park and technology. The statistical population of this research is all employees of companies in Zahedan science park and technology. According to Morgan table, 130 people were selected randomly. The tool used in the research was a questionnaire. Reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability, and their validity was confirmed through convergent and divergent validity. The results of data analysis showed that IT capabilities have a positive and significant effect on the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities by 0.472. Therefore, resident companies in Science and Technology Park should pay attention to the role of IT capabilities and its dimensions in identifying business opportunities. Manuscript profile

        In today’s competitive world, the ability of acceptance and utilization of ICT in industries is one of the critical success factors in productive industries. The target of this paper is presentation of a model for evaluation of e-manufacturing e-readiness in manufacturing industries. This research was conducted in three phases utilizing mixed research method. In the first phase, Barroso and Sandelowski Meta-Synthesis method containing seven steps was invoked and the primary conceptual model was created. In the second phase, by arranging semi-structured interviews with the experts, a supplementary model was completed. In the third phase in order to quantitatively validate the developed model, various statistical tests and confirmatory factor analysis were employed. Structural equation modeling and path analysis were made use of for checking accuracy of the assumptions as well as testing the proposed model in SmartPLS 3 software. After confirmation of path coefficients and coefficients meaningfulness (t-values), we checked model in terms of various indexes, all of which point to the eminence of the model. The results of applying the above steps were corroboration of the scientific standing of the latter model. Incorporating there major components i.e. , ICT infrastructure in manufacturing , ICT application capacities in manufacturing, ICT value augmenting opportunities in manufacturing along with 28 indexes, the model set forth in this study was ultimately received full confirmation. Because of the radical changes in the high and advanced technologies related to the information technology , Dynamic capability is one of the important factors for IT based start-ups in the successful international value creation .this concept is under researched . For this purpose this study investigated managerial dynamic capability role in the international opportunities exploitation by IT based start-ups.         International situation of Iran for providing energy sources to other countries, particularly Gas, it requires to pay serious attention for promoting the export supply efficiency of Gas products, and identifying factors which are affecting to exploit the international opportunities for such companies regarding entrepreneurial approach. In this research, we try to find out these factors thru experiences and knowledge of the experts in the international Gas market. This research is qualitative and has been developed by using content analysis technique. The data was collected through open and semi-structured interviews by 15 business owners, top managers and experts of Iranian Liquefied Petroleum (LPG) export companies, which were selected by Snowball sampling method, and analyzed by content analysis encoding. According to results, the effective factors of international entrepreneurial opportunities can be categorized in four main directions: international entrepreneurial attitude, international entrepreneurial innovation and creativity, international entrepreneurial competitive distinction, and international entrepreneurial networking.         The Social Security Administration, as the largest provider of social security in the country, is constantly interacting with the internal and external environment. Therefore, understanding this process leads to a kind of programming based on a realistic view of the dimensions of organizational performance. The purpose of the present study is to provide a structural model of organizational performance dimensions based on environmental changes and opportunities, threats and weaknesses in the organization. This research is based on data type, quantitative and purpose, applied research and method, descriptive correlation and specifically structural equation model. The statistical population of the present study are experts of the Social Security Organization with 13 people and the employees were selected according to the 9 variables observed in the model. Allocation of coefficient 30 with more than 300 estimates in a simple random method was done with equal chance. SPSS software analysis methods and statistical tools have been used to analyze the research data. The results show that the paths of opportunities, strengths, weaknesses and threats have a significant and direct effect on organizational performance and also the values obtained from the coefficient of determination indicate a significant level of effect, which has the greatest effect on strengths and the least effect.         The main purpose of this study was Investigating the impact of identification and ‎directing top talent (Shahab) on Equal Training Opportunities and Self-actualization student ‎Shirvan 2018-2019. The Comparative Causal Research was descipitive in terms of method ‎and nature. The statistical population inconsisted all students of Difth grads Shirvan 2550 ‎people who didi not pass the shahab plan and sixth graders student out of the 2100 who ‎passed the shahab plan. Statistical sample was selected by simple random sampling method ‎using Gorges Morgan table with 334 and 325 subjects, respectively. The Data were collected ‎by two questionnaires Equal Training Opportunities Javanmard (2014) and Self-‎actualization Ahvaz (2009) . Their validity was of a formal and content type, approved by ‎the professors and their reliability through Cronbach's alpha Were estimated for the past ‎‎(0.71), (0.87) and not passed (0.73) , (0.94) respectively. Data were analyzed by descriptive ‎statistics (frequency distribution table, graph, mean, standard deviation and central indexes ‎and dispersion calculation) and inferential statistics (covariance analysis and t-test) using ‎spss21 software. The results showed that 99% considering of Plan dor idenrifying and ‎directing top talent (Shahab) on Equal Training Opportunities and Self-actualization sixth ‎grade student who dropped out of this course.         purpose: The aim of this study is to understand the nature and factors that shape the land of opportunities in small and medium enterprises. Methodology: The method used in the research is a mixed-method and a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The qualitative part is done using "Grounded theory" and the quantitative part is done using "structural equation modeling". Necessary data were collected through interviews with academic experts, managers, and consultants of small and medium industries in city rasht. The tool for collecting information in the qualitative section is semi-structured interviews. The text analysis of the interviews was performed in three stages of open, axial, and selective coding. And In a quantitative part, Using a researcher-made questionnaire, Its validity and reliability were examined. Finding: Using the codes extracted from the text of the interviews and extracting the codes using the software maxqda 18; Number 353 open coding 28 axial coding, and finally 9 selective coding were extracted. Among these, the dimensions of the land of talent, the land of the market, the land of professional management, the land of finance and investment (central phenomenon), the land of innovation, the land of professional policymaking, the land of democracy, the land of social development and the land of expectations were identified as causal conditions.         The main purpose of this study was to identifying the entrepreneurial business opportunities in Masjed Soleiman Township. To achieve this goal, the qualitative paradigm and the Delphi method were used. Delphi panel members included 20 successful entrepreneurs, experts and people with experience in the fields of agriculture, industry and services in Masjed Soleiman that by using snowball sampling method were chosen. After three rounds, a consensus was reached on the opportunities of starting entrepreneurial businesses in Masjed Soleiman Township. The main research tool in the first round of the Delphi study was a questionnaire with open-ended questions and in the second and third rounds, a questionnaire with closed and open-ended questions. According to the results, the most important opportunities for starting entrepreneurial agricultural businesses are, respectively, priority: "Cultivation of medicinal plants", "Fish farming in the margins of Masjed Soleiman dams" and "Modern and industrial greenhouses for greenhouse production". According to the results of the research, the top priorities in the field of opportunities for starting entrepreneurial service businesses in Masjed Soleiman Township include: "Packaging of livestock products such as curd and other similar products", "Packaging of various medicinal plants" and They were "cold storages of agricultural and food products". Nevertheless, in practice, these cooperatives have faced challenges that have led to their failure. Therefore, the present study, which is based on a qualitative approach, aims to achieve the proposed strategies to use these cooperatives’ existing capacities and opportunities to meet the challenges facing them. In this regard, in the present descriptive-analytical research, in addition to written and online sources and documents, the text of the conservations with 30 of this field’s experts, beneficiaries, and involved people has also been analyzed through “content analysis.” According to the results of this study, the mentioned cooperatives have the capacities and opportunities, such as “facilitative legal capacities and opportunities,” the possibility of “achieving public benefit within the framework of economic capacities and opportunities,” and the potential of “flourishing local and indigenous capacities of cities.” On the other hand, they face challenges such as “cumbersome legal procedures and their non-implementation,” “undesirable interaction and improper support of government structures for cooperatives,” “difficulty in financing activities,” and “Institutionalizing distrust of cooperatives.” Finally, based on the research findings, the following strategies have been proposed for the success of “Development and Civil of Counties Cooperatives”: “clarification of laws,” “using resilient management,” “networking,” and “social entrepreneurship based on the comprehending and use of local capacities,” “structural trust,” and “effective advertising and education” strategies.         Today, along with the expansion of urbanization, changes in people's lifestyles and work- leisure patterns, the phenomenon of urban tourism is increasingly important. From this point of view, cities act as tourist destinations with a wide range of attractions and entertainment for citizens and residents, as well as for tourists and visitors from other places. The purpose of the present study is to identify the challenges and opportunities of urban tourism development in the district 4 of Tehran. The present study was a qualitative study that applied thematic analysis method to analyze the relevant data. The tool for data gathering was interview and 10experts were interviewed. MAXQDA software version 2020 was applied to analyse collected data, through which the main and secondary codes were extracted in three stages of open coding, central coding and selective coding. The results indicated that in the challenges section, the main factors of infrastructural challenge, socio- cultural challenge, managerial challenge, environmental challenge and economic challenge were identified. Sub- codes were also identified for each main code. Moreover, for tourism development opportunities, the main components of amenities, tourist attractions, motivational factors, cultural and social factors and human resources were identified. On the other hand, the components of educational and advertising measures, infrastructure and policy measures, cultural and social measures, regulatory and health measures, public transport fleet infrastructure and environmental issues were identified as solutions for tourism development. Findings showed that in addition to the facilities, potential and actual opportunities for the development of urban tourism, there are several challenges and obstacles, including economic, infrastructural, socio- cultural, managerial and environmental challenges and obstacles.         The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the achievements and challenges of women's empowerment in knowledge-based companies. In this research, the opportunities and challenges of graduates women in knowledge-based companies were discussed based on the analysis of twenty interviews with women’s board members or directors in this field. Concerning to obtain relative superiority in order to design questions and categorize the content of documents and interviews, empirical literature related to the research was reviewed. Result revealed that three major factors have motivated them to start their own business including: the desire to balance work and life, the desire to earn more money, and the desire to develop business skills. In the field of agency and factors affecting women's entrepreneurship in the knowledge-based environment, entrepreneurial characteristics and behaviors such as results achievement, risk-taking, and self-confidence have been measured. From organizational and environmental aspects, organizational capacities including trust, access to resources and information, networking skills, ability to generate resources, financial knowledge, technology skills and having role models were influential. In terms of challenges, there are Individual factors (lack of courage, high emotions, low level of specialized and technical knowledge related to work and slowness of women), Socio-cultural factors (discrimination, common gender stereotypes, religious norms and beliefs and lack of knowledge and proper socialization) and Economic factors (discrimination in hiring and payment of wages, negative attitude of customers and financial institutions and prejudices) were addressed as obstacles to the effective participation of women in knowledge-based companies Manuscript profile
