This research has been carried out in order to understand geometric and kinetic analysis of the khaneh Sorkh folding and its structural style. Khaneh Sorkh folding is a long and narrow anticline that is formed due to sleep in the Garau Formation which is located in the Lorestan region. The Garau Fomation is the intermediate detachment layer in the Lorestan. In order to carry out geometric analysis, three structural cross sections were drawn perpendicular to the axial surface trace on this anticline. Thus, based on the analysis of the geometry of cross sections and comparing parameters with variety of models, it could be suggested that the Khaneh Sorkh Anticline is a detachment fold in the thrust fault-related folds. Finally,geometry of faulted detachment fold and analysed kinetic evolution is valid for Khaneh Sorkh Anticline based on the proposed model. Manuscript profile

The present study was carried out to explore the tendency of Lak women toward female genital mutilation (FGM) and their views toward this practice. Interviews were performed with 26 women who had the experience of FGM. Based on the findings, the women’s definition of FGM and its goals and factors varied among the three generations. Women of the first generation had been forced into FGM by the society, women of the second generation by their families and the third generation by men. The findings also revealed that the tradition of FGM was not a rough obligation among women in this region, and gypsies encouraged women of the first and second generations to undergo FGM by resorting to religious principles and the specific economic situation of the region, and cosmetic advertisements were what provoked the young women to undergo FGM. Lorestan people accepted Shiah faith from their deep heart and have a strong belief in it. Even the ruler of this area believed in Shiah from 1000 years agon and some of them like Atabakan-e Lor-e Kuchak who ruled Lorestan from 570 to 1006 (hegira) considered themselves as relatives from the generation of Abbas ibn Ali (PBUH). Lorestan people interest to the Prophet’s Household particularly Imam Hussein (PBUH), and Abbas ibn Ali (PBUH) is so deep that there are perfect reflections and representations of this in their culture and literature. We reviewed the “Farsi Ashurai poetry in Lorestan” as a sign of Ashurai culture in Persian literature. Most important result is that Moharram, Ashura and Imam Hussein (PBUH) have brilliant and outstanding display in different poetry genres of this province and also Persian poetry and this display is so dominant that, although its literature is oral, but its signs are so dominant among few available works and poems. This point proves the interest and respect of Lorestan people to the Prophet’s Household and also their manhood, gentility, nobility and freedom; features whose most brilliant reflections is Karbala. Talent management is one of approaches that could assure the universities that competent and talented individuals could receive appropriate job positions and focuses on the significance of managing people and situations at different organizational levels. The current research was conducted with the aim of designing a model of talent search for academic staff members in comprehensive universities with regional performance level based on the principles of human resources development. The research method of this study was applied in terms of purpose and exploratory in terms of data collection. In the qualitative phase, the statistical population consisted of academic and executive experts, 19 of whom were purposefully selected and interviewed in a semi-structured manner. In the quantitative part, the statistical population included all the academic staff members of Lorestan University, (n=307) and 110 individuals were selected as a sample using stratified random sampling. The tool of data collection in the qualitative part was semi-structured interviews and in the quantitative part two researcher-made questionnaires used for the purpose of accreditation and validation of the exploratory model. The results showed that the educational component (scientific mastery, effective teaching, learning), the research component (application of knowledge, research ability, scientific writing and publication, analysis), and the consulting component (consulting business environments, consulting students and advice to the community) constitute the main dimensions of the model, in addition, the results of the t-test in the validation section of the model indicated that all components have sufficient validity to be included in the final model. Furthermore, the findings of the research revealed that all observable and immediate variables had a factor load higher than 0.70 on their current variable; therefore, it was significant at the 0.01 level. Abstract Nowadays because of the increase in both price and demand for fossil fuel, the unconventional resources are becoming more important in most countries. Gas shale is one of the important unconventional reserves. Gas shale is fine grain rocks, and has economic gas reserves. Gas shale formations have very low porosity and for have, economic production fracturing is essential. In this study, investigate Garue formation shales in Lorestan district (case study of Babaghir 1 well-cutting samples) as unconventional reservoir. Garue formation is consisting of alternation of black clay limestons bearing radiolar and blackbituminousshale bearing.Plankton and radiolars show deep marine basin, and microfossils show thatGarue formation age is Neocomian to Knyasyn. Geochemical data show that Garue shale formation is good quality (profit area of Toc). In addition, kerogen in Garue shale formation is type III, and show gas sources rock for Garaue shale. In addition, this data confirm deep marine facies for Garue formation. Mineralogy studies show that, Garu formation consist of the clay content less than 4% (4-3%), and the brittleness index is sutable. Manuscript profile

Determining the trophy status is one of the assessment and analysis methods of the ecological balance of wetland ecosystems, because the sustainability and continuity of productivity based on these unique ecosystems requires proper monitoring management and control their environmental conditions because increasing nutrients affect all levels of aquatic ecosystems, including changes in species abundance, migration, reduction of biodiversity, and changes in the structure and composition of communities. Therefore, a suitable method should be used to determine the trophy status, or in other words, the production capacity of an ecosystem. Conventional methods for determining the amount of trophy are based on three physical, chemical and biological parameters. Lorestan province due to its unique construction has unique wetlands, including 11 Poldokhtar wetlands with an area of 142.7 hectares, Bishe Dalan wetland with 913.5 hectares and Tanodar wetland with an area of 1000 hectares. In this study, to evaluate the trophy status, sampling of phosphorus (TP), total nitrogen (TN) concentration or Carlson trophy index (TSI) was used in Poldokhtar, Bishe Dalan and Tanodar for summer and winter of 2019. Based on the annual average of Carlson index, Poldakhtar and Bishe Delan wetlands are in mild mesotrophic trophy conditions and Tanodar wetland is in the eutrophic category. In the wetlands of Lorestan province, the sediment load of suspended solids and water turbidity have been exceeded these wetlands limits and has had destructive effects on the unstable wetlands` body due to the annual entry of large amounts of sediment from the catchment, development of gardens, various recreational withdrawals in Boroujerd and Doroud, increasing the level of river water pollution caused by municipal and industrial wastewater, also, wastes from city and rural recreation centers and wastes from point sources of pollution such as warm water fish breeding ponds. In this research, biostratigraphic studies of the Gurpi Formation were carried out at the Chenareh section (Lorestan Zone). The thickness of Gurpi Formation at the studied section is 140 m and consists of limestobe, marly limestone and marl. The Gurpi Formation conformablely (with significant lithological changes) underlies the white limestones of the Ilam Formation and is covered by the sandstone of the Amiran Formation. On the basis of the recognized planktonic foraminifera, 7 biozone were reported as follows: Globotruncanita elevata Partial range Zone (Early Campanian), Globotruncana ventricosa Interval Zone (Middle to Late Campanian), Radotruncana calcarata Total Range Zone (Late Campanian), Globotruncanella havanensis Partial Range Zone (Late Campanian), Globotruncana aegyptiaca Interval Zone (Late Campanian), Gansserina gansseri Interval Zone (Late Campanian-Early Masstrichtian), Contusotruncana contusa Interval Zone (Late Masstrichtian). In the studied section, the Seymareh and Imam Hassan sections are not observed, unlike other sections in the Lorestan basin. An Exploration of the Lived Experiences of Childbearing of the Couples and the Factors Affecting them in Lorestan Province       Gholamreza Tajbakhsh<a style="mso-footnote-id: ftn1;" title="" href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1">*</a>       Introduction   Fertility as a social reality is influenced by environmental, social, political, economic, and cultural factors at the macro level. At the micro level, it is affected by the thoughts, motivations, and tendencies of people. Fundamental changes have been made in the structure and characteristics of the Iranian family in various dimensions. The decrease in fertility levels, the transition from extended families to nuclear families, and the resulting decrease in the number of children have been significant experiences for Iranian families. This change is tangible, as the fertility rate of the whole country has dropped from 2.07 in 2016 to 1.6 in 2022, which can be considered as under replacement fertility level. Currently, most provinces of the country, including Lorestan province, have low fertility rates below the replacement level (Statistical Yearbook of the Civil Registration Organization, 2023: 115).   According to the latest statistics from the National Statistics Center of Iran, the population of Lorestan province is 1,805,215 people. In Lorestan province, 8% of the population are children, 21% are teenagers, 17.5% are young people, 43% are middle-aged people, and 10.5% are elderly. Accordingly, 8% of the population of children cannot replace 10.5% of the province's elderly. In the next thirty years, more than 43% of the province's population will be elderly and not productive, leading to an aging province. In 2022, 15,211 marriages were recorded in Lorestan, which decreased to 14,612 last years. Additionally, in 2021, 4,215 cases of divorce were recorded in the province, and this figure decreased to 3,963, a seven percent decline last year (Iran Statistics Center, 2023).   Considering the above statistics and the trend of decreasing young population and increasing aging in this province, it is very necessary to address an important issue such as population rejuvenation. The population can affect the micro and macro structures of this province and society at both the individual and social levels. The lively presence of the young generation in this province can contribute to the dynamism and growth of its development through proper macro-cultural planning.   There are a few studies on the issue in Lorestan province, and due to the decrease in childbearing in this province, it is necessary to address this important issue. Therefore, the main objective of the current research is the sociological investigation of the tendency to have children and factors related to it in Lorestan province. According to the nature of the research problem and the mentioned goals, some basic questions will be investigated in this research. The questions of this research are as follows:   1. What factors affect the issue of childbearing in Lorestan province families?   2. What are the views of couples on the issue of having children and the challenges ahead?   3. What solutions can be offered to increase childbearing in Lorestan province?       Methodology   According to the nature of the research problem, a qualitative method was used to examine the issue, focusing on the study of childbearing contexts. A "semi structured interview" was employed for this method. The criteria for participation were limited to couples who were married and had started their life together; some had children, while others yet not had children. Samples were found in various public spaces, such as parks and recreational places, mosques, sports facilities, stores, and sanitary centers. Each interview lasted approximately 60 minutes.   The statistical population of this research included couples living in the cities of Lorestan province who were interviewed. In this qualitative method, sampling was purposeful and theoretical. According to object, sampling being continued until "theoretical saturation." Based on theoretical saturation, 31 married people were interviewed.   "Thematic" analysis and "coding" techniques were used to analyze the findings from the interviews. The findings were identified in three main categories. The first category refers to the semantic units that the interviewees discussed concretely and with examples. The second category is common themes, a more complex level than the first, where the related codes are presented in a specific and meaningful category. Finally, the main themes related to each category refer to the primary and fundamental factors affecting the category under investigation in the research.       Findings   The findings of the research, classified in eleven main themes: ideal familism, psychological and individual factors, cultural, social, economic, and political changes, attitudes and beliefs, sexual and family issues, inter-spousal relations, and epistemological perspectives on life. A healthy social, economic, and cultural condition, along with creating a sense of satisfaction and security in society, significantly affects couples' desire to have children. It is important to note that the selected subjects come from different social classes, have varying levels of education, and hold different views on the issue of having children. The married life of these couples is mostly more than five years, and the number of their children is fewer than two.       Conclusion   The current research sought to investigate the tendency to have children in Lorestan province and identify the factors affecting it. To better explain the research problem and examine the lived experiences of couples in the field of childbearing, a qualitative method was applied to capture their genuine experiences on this issue. The results of this research showed that various factors, such as economic, political, cultural, social, sexual, epistemic, inter-marital, and family relations, influence couples' views on having children. Undoubtedly, childbearing is a pressing issue in Iranian society and is a focal point of the current government's policies. Lorestan province is also among the regions affected by these policies. Given that Iranian society and the country's population are generally moving towards old age, it is crucial to address this issue. However, the platforms supporting childbearing should also be seriously included in the officials' agenda. It should not be forgotten that Lorestan province is one of the five most deprived provinces in the country and requires more attention in various cultural, political, and economic fields.   As the results of this research showed, significant and deeply rooted factors influence couples' desire to have children in Lorestan province. Cultural, economic, political, medical, and social conditions, among others, should receive more attention from both the public and officials. Additionally, due to Lorestan province's economic and political situation within the country, it should be noted that in order to succeed population policies, there must be a fundamental review and written planning to address economic, cultural, political, and health infrastructures. Without this, even with an increase in population and couples' desire to have children, the problems will not be solved.
