        The purpose of this research was to design a model for the development of curriculum innovation in Tehran's Azad universities, conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The statistical population of all senior managers and deputies and faculty members and professors of different disciplines of Islamic Azad University of Tehran units was that the samples in the qualitative section of 38 people (target-shotgun sampling) and in the small part of 280 people were randomly selected (A population of 3500 people). Data collection tools were open in the qualitative section of the interview (validity validity was confirmed by the professors and reliability with re-test and internal-consensus method 89.99%) and in the quantitative part of the researcher-made questionnaire (verified by experts and reliability of alpha Cronbach was 75%). The findings showed that the development of standards, regulations and regulations, the design of incentive financial and non-financial mechanisms, the creation of the infrastructure and technology infrastructure, the implementation and application of technology, optimization of initiative processes, the use of efficient manpower, the creation of competitive advantage, internal and external communication Appropriate organization, assessment and monitoring of the environment and appropriate academic culture are key factors in building an innovative university. The results show that in order to create a creative and innovative environment, each of the legal-supportive, behavioral-communicative, identity-cultural, technological-technological, as well as human-financial-based models should be optimized and in the framework of the interactions between these factors Equipped with the right balance.         The principal objective of this paper is to evaluation of student’s cultural level in graduated students. Methodology of gathering information is descriptive. Sampling population consisted of M.S student’s of Azad University in region 5.sampling volume according to “Cochran” formula 364 person estimated and for choosing samples, composing method (random and clustering methods) selected. Data collection instrument was 91 notion questionnaires with 5 point Likert according to Birmingham, Shayne, Arnold, Engelhard and Straus. Validity of the instrument from external, content and identity verified and overall stability was calculated in 99%. Data analysis was performed by Cronbach’s Alpha, AVE, Root of AVE, K-S and one Sample t-test. Results suggest that cultural ,social ,religious ,technical ,economical ,and individual levels of case study students was higher than average, and international and political levels of case study students was lower than average Manuscript profile

        University Incubators are important centers for developing innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic improvement of country. Supporting these centers will cause the improvement of their residents, and a spill in the economic cycle of country. Nowadays, these centers play a very important role in advancing economic and industrial expansion of developed and developing countries. In many countries, it has made significant effects on the achievement of knowledge-based development as well as strengthening the interactions of government, university and industry . Hence, considering the importance of this issue, the present study investigates the role of University Incubators in growth of entrepreneurial capacity of startups who are deployed at Sistan and Baluchestan Islamic Azad University incubator. The study population included all startups managers who have been deployed in this incubator since 2015. The present research is a descriptive research (Non-experimental) and survey type in terms of the method of collecting data . Data were analyzed by the sofwares including SPSS 19, LISREL 54.8 and the tests including T-test and Single Sample, Factor Analysis, and Structural Model. The results indicated a positive and significant effect of University Incubators on the level of entrepreneurial empowerment of startups at Sistan and Baluchestan Islamic Azad University incubator.         The purpose of the current study is to present a strategic model of succession emphasizing on organizational learning in Iran universities particularly the Islamic Azad University of Khorasan Razavi. Mixed-methods, exploratory deign was used in this study in which qualitative approach was initially utilized and subsequently the quantitative approach was used based on the results obtained from the qualitative phase of the study. The researcher proposed the initial conceptual framework and model, based on the results of interviews analyzed with the Delphi method. Then, the model was evaluated using the Field information and survey results. Data were collected through interviews with 25 academic experts who had scientific publications. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and interviews with university experts. The findings of this study revealed that the conceptual model of the study indicates that succession is influenced by 7 variables that were considered in designing the questionnaire and measuring the pattern of these variables. The results also confirmed the dimensions and factors affecting succession planning and identified the importance of each variable, which are: a) system of education, b) evaluation and measurement of policy performance and c) talent identification d) strategy and the formation of a talent treasury e) human resources.         The moral atmosphere of the university in institutions and organizations originates from two important sources, which include the agents of organizations and organizational construction. Giddens believes that structures are created both by the hands of human actors and are the means by which such action takes place. Structures are created by humans. But they also limit and make human action possible. In this article, with the theoretical approach of Giddens, the explanation of the attitude of students in creating an academic moral environment was discussed, and to what extent the evaluation of the structure of the university and academic agents in explaining the attitude of students to create Moral atmosphere is effective. The present research is of explanatory type and in terms of method, it is considered as a survey research. The statistical population of the present study includes students of Islamic Azad University, Central Tehran Branch in 2019. The data collection tool in this research is a researcher-made questionnaire which after examining its validity and reliability by combining cluster sampling and disproportionate classification and determining the sample size using Cochran's formula, was administered to 381 B.S, M.A and M.S students are implemented. Findings indicate that the variable of evaluation of the university structure directly affects the creation of ethical atmosphere and evaluation of academic actors indirectly affects the creation of academic ethical atmosphere among students through the evaluation of the structure of the university Manuscript profile
