The main topic of this research is to find the roots of human sovereignty in the age of the Renaissance, especially in the thoughts of Marsilio Ficino and Pico dellaMirandola who are two great neo-Platonist thinkers of this period. The two basic concepts that have been discussed here to illustrate the transfer of the right of sovereignty from God to Men are the concepts of Judgment and Hierarchy. From these two concepts, the judgment has derived from Christian theology and the hierarchy has derived from the neo-Platonic philosophy. We choose the concept of hierarchy because these two thinkers, in their main works, firstly describe the hierarchy of existence, and then, in opposition to the former neo-Platonists, they liberate man from that and give him the freedom to move in ascending or descending directions in that hierarchy. Therefore, the discussion of the concept of hierarchy and its theoretical development from Plotinus to Dionysius is necessary, to be able to speak of the liberation of Man from the hierarchy of existence in the thought of Ficino and Miranda. But it is necessary to address the theological concept of judgment because Mirandola states that a person can reach the position of one of the heavenly angels, namely "Tron", which is a symbol of divine judgment. For this reason, we searched for the meaning of the term Judgment, in the Old Testament and the New Testament, and showed that this term has three meaningsin the Scriptures: legislation, judgment in the legal sense, and sovereignty, and therefore We showed that Mirandola's notion of Judgment, accords with the third meaning of the term Judgment in Scriptures which is sovereignty. Accordingly, one can say that Man's possessing of the right to judge, in the thought of Ficino and Mirandola, which arises from his liberation from the hierarchy of existence and his access to the position of Throne means that he will have the right of Sovereignty. Therefore, the right to judge which now means sovereignty and previously belongs to God and through his grace, to Christ and God's saints, is thus transmitted to Man. Manuscript profile

To select an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is time consuming due to the resource constraints, the software complexity, and the different of alternatives. A comprehensively systematic selection policy for ERP system is very important to the success of ERP project. In this paper, we propose a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) method to evaluate the alternatives of ERP system. The selection criteria of ERP system are numerous and fuzzy, so how to select an adequate ERP system is crucial in the early phase of an ERP project. The framework decomposes ERP system selection into four main factors. The goal of this paper is to select the best alternative that meets the requirements with respect to product factors, system factors, management factors and vendor factors. The sub-attributes (sub-factors) related to ERP selection have been classified into thirteen main categories of Functionality, Reliability¬, Usability¬, Efficiency¬, Maintainability¬, Portability¬, Cost, Implementation time, User friendliness¬, Flexibility¬, Vendor Reputation¬, Consultancy Services, and R&D Capability¬ and arranged in a hierarchy structure. These criteria and factors are weighted and prioritized and finally a framework is provided for ERP selection with the fuzzy AHP method. Also, a real case study from Iran (PARDIS-LO Company) is also presented to demonstrate efficiency of this method in practice. Manuscript profile

Organizations to survive and produce new productions in their surrounded environment need new technology. One of the ways to acquisition technology is transfer technology from other organization or countries. One of the most important problems which industries in developing countries are wrestling with is non-effectiveness of transferred technology. The reason for this, is the failure to complete the phases of transfer of technology or lack of improvement in these phases. The technology transfer process has six interactive phases: the selection and acquisition, adaptation, assimilation, utilization, development and diffusion. In this study, field research and studies in the field of technology transfer process is investigated and influential factors in the technology transfer process are identified. With t student model, a significant relationship between these components are reviewed and confirmed. Then through collecting expert opinions, the success of the technology transfer process is evaluated and importance of the phases are specified by extending the classical analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and They are compared with a success rate, And by IPA, both the importance and performance aspects were evaluated so by determining priorities for improvement and resource allocation, the technology transfer process hasbeen improved. With the advent of growing knowledge of the economy and the rapid growth of technology, intellectual property has become the focus of attention of corporate investment managers and researchers. Patent are considered to be the most important intellectual asset, and one of the reasons for this is the extensive research that has been done on the various dimensions of these rights. The patent provides the possessor with the possibility to use the technology exclusively for a limited period (often twenty years). Since many industrial and service companies need to acquire new technologies by the purchase of patent rights to maintain their competitive advantage and sustained business growth, the issue of patent assessment has become a serious challenge in the field of technology. In this research, a model for evaluating and ranking patents based on multi-criteria programming methods is presented and then the resulting model is implemented in a cell phone company. The company is required to choose a technology from four technologies: (1) a dual display, (2) missing phone tracking, (3) wireless communications security, and (4) remote banking to develop its products. The implementation of the model is based on four main criteria: (1) the essence of technology, (2) the cost of technology, (3) the product market, and (4) the technology market in the company led to the choice of wireless security technology. Also the accuracy of the result obtained from the implementation of the research model has been confirmed by the method of ELECTRE. Manuscript profile

The Internet of Things (IOT) has advanced in parallel with the wireless sensor network (WSN) and the WSN is an IOT empowerment. The IOT, through the internet provides the connection between the defined objects in apprehending and supervising the environment. In some applications, the IOT is converted into WSN with the same descriptions and limitations. Working with WSN is limited to energy, memory and computational ability of the sensor nodes. This makes the energy consumption to be wise if protection of network reliability is sought. The newly developed and effective hierarchical and clustering techniques are to overcome these limitations. The method proposed in this article, regarding energy consumption reduction is tree-based hierarchical technique, used clustering based on dynamic structure. In this method, the location-based and time-based properties of the sensor nodes are applied leading to provision of a greedy method as to form the subtree leaves. The rest of the tree structure up to the root, would be formed by applying the centrality concept in the network theory by the base station. The simulation reveals that the scalability and fairness parameter in energy consumption compare to the similar method has improved, thus, prolonged network lifetime and reliability. The supplier selection is one of the most important issues in supply chain management discipline and it is regarded as an effective factor for companies to survive in the competitive environment. Selecting the best supplier among various suppliers, considering a mixture of criteria that are sometimes in conflict, makes it a complicated multi-criteria decision making problem. On the other hand, supplier selection is highly dependent on the assessments of decision makers and according to the environmental dynamics and incomplete information available to decision makers, they are faced with some uncertainty in their assessments. The purpose of this paper is to present a model of multi-criteria decision making under uncertainty by using concepts of fuzzy and grey theories in order to select the optimal supplier. In this research, first, the weights of supplier selection criteria are determined by using fuzzy Delphi and analytic hierarchy process, then suppliers are ranked by using Grey VIKOR which is a newly developed approach in the field of multi-criteria decision making under uncertainty Manuscript profile

The important role of food industries in promotion of the various health and economic indicators in the countries persuaded the industries involved in this affair to enforce fundamental reviews in the management approaches to enable them to perform the most efficient methods for utilizing the limited available recourses to improve the society’s health and economic growth. The balanced scorecard, as one of the successful tools in performance evaluation system, does not show the importance degree for the perspectives and the indicators under each perspective. To eliminate this deficiency the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method is used in this research for weighting the perspectives and balanced scorecard indicators. In this study, first a list of performance evaluation indicators based on balanced scorecard approach was prepared and then the pairwise comparison was gained through field study and the standard AHP questionnaire with compatibility rate lower than 0.1. At the end the rate of balanced realization was evaluated for each. Regarding the pairwise comparison among perspectives done by the experts the customer perspective weighting 0.328 showed the maximum importance degree among other perspectives. The finance perspective weighting 0.290, the internal business process perspective weighting 0.239, and the learning and growth perspective weighting 0.143 were ranked as second to forth level respectively. According to the obtained certain weights, the added income comparison to the previous year weighing 0.121 was ranked in first level. The number of customer complains weighting 0.094, the customer satisfaction weighting 0.086 were ranked in second to fifth levels respectively. Manuscript profile

Decentralization with the concept of transferring or resigning the power and decisions authorities from power centers and associated organizations has political, economical, cultural, and social dimensions. One of the most strategic approaches to decrease the problems of Tehran as a centralized capital city is decentralization. In fact, decentralization not only leads to progress, growth, and social development for other cities of the country, but also enhances the capital administration. In this research we discuss that information technology management can lead to decentralization of Tehran with the minimum challenges and costs. Also, it can help the capital administration. Hence, in this paper, with interdisciplinary approach we first investigate the attractions of Tehran, and then apply an analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method to rank the attractions. Finally, we highlight the factors which can reduce the number of visits to Tehran by developing information technology. In fact, we propose the use of information technology to provide these attractions available in the other cities. Pairwise comparisons of attribute preferences are determined by experts from public and private organizations. The research findings shows that information technology not only has a significant effect on traffic reduction and optimum administration of Tehran city but also cause a much fare assignment of Tehran facilities to the other cities in the country. In this ever-changing world, information technology (IT) is a must for the survival of a company, and the functions of IT department is becoming increasingly important. The assessment of IT department is critical to understand how the department contributes to organizational and strategic goals. Because IT department performs many tasks that cannot simply be measured by monetary units, evaluation methods that solely rely on financial measures are not adequate. The objective of this study is to construct an approach based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and balanced scorecard (BSC) for evaluating an IT department in the company studied. The BSC concept is applied to define the hierarchy with four major perspectives (i.e. financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth), and performance indicators are selected for each perspective. A fuzzy AHP (FAHP) approach is then proposed in order to tolerate vagueness and ambiguity of information. A FAHP information system is finally constructed to facilitate the solving process. The results provide guidance to IT departments in the Industry Case Study regarding strategies for improving department performance. The constructed information system is suggested to be a good tool for solving other multiple-criteria decision-making problems. Manuscript profile

The insurance industry is vital in the country that is affected by green marketing. However, there is no accurate information on the green marketing situation in the country's insurance industry. This research has been tried to identify the main criteria of green marketing evaluation to provide a model for a green marketing audit. In this regard, first, the main criteria were identified and approved by experts through a questionnaire. The final framework consists of 24 sub-criteria that are classified into ten criteria. Then, by using the fuzzy DEMATEL method, the internal relationships between the criteria and the hierarchical analysis method, each criterion and sub-criteria's final weight are obtained. According to the results, among the causes, the criterion of mission has the greatest effect on all criteria and takes the least effect from other criteria. So, this criterion has the most stimulus role, and by optimizing it, we can expect the optimization of other factors. The green sales factor is also strongly influenced by other factors and is optimized by optimizing other factors. Also, the criterion of the mission with an effective weight of 0.23 is the most important, and the criterion of green design with an effective weight of 0.024 is the least important Manuscript profile

Wireless body area networks (WBAN) may be deployed on each person’s body for pervasive and real time health monitoring. As WBANs deal with personal health data, securing the data during communication is essential. Therefore, enabling secure communication in this area has been considered as an important challenge. Due to the WBAN characteristics and constraints caused by the small size of the nodes, selection of the best key agreement scheme is very important. This paper intends to evaluate different key agreement schemes in WBANs and find the best one. To achieve this goal, three schemes from existing research named OPFKA, PSKA and ECG-IJS are considered and a fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) method is employed to find the best scheme. This paper focuses on the effect of heterogeneous cache hierarchy in data center processors in the dark silicon era. For extreme-scale high performance computing systems, system-wide power consumption has been identified as one of the key constraints. As energy consumption becomes a key issue for operation and maintenance of cloud data centers, cloud computing providers are becoming significantly concerned. Emerging non-volatile memory technologies are favorable replacement for conventional memory. Here, we employ a nonvolatile memory called spin-transfer torque random access memory (STT-RAM) as an on-chip L2 cache to obtain lower energy compared to conventional L2 caches, like SRAM. High density, fast read access, near-zero leakage power and non-volatility make STT-RAM a significant technology for on-chip memories. In order to decrease memory energy consumption, it is required to address both the leakage and dynamic energy. Previous studies have mainly studied specific schemes based on common applications and do not provide a thorough analysis of emerging scale-out applications with multiple design options. Here, we discuss different outlooks consisting of performance and energy efficiency in cloud processors by running CloudSuite benchmarks as one of scale-out workloads. Experiment results on the CloudSuite benchmarks show that using STT-RAM memory compare to SRAM memory as last level cache, consumes less energy in L2 cache, around 59% at maximum. Manuscript profile

Today, quality is one of the most important factors in attracting customer satisfaction and loyalty to service organizations. Therefore, one of the main concerns of managers is to improve the quality of services. With the development of the Internet and the world of communications, a concept called cloud computing has expanded in the world of communications, which provides a new model for the supply, consumption and delivery of computing services. The purpose of this study is to make the optimal decision in choosing the appropriate cloud service according to the conditions of users so that they achieve the highest satisfaction. Fuzzy Delphi method, fuzzy hierarchical analysis method, fuzzy TOPSIS method and finally multi-criteria decision making method are the methods used in this research. The results of the fuzzy Delphi method show that the indicators of transparency, accessibility and reliability should be eliminated. The results of fuzzy hierarchical analysis identified the cost index as the most important index and the support index during demand as the least important index. According to the results of fuzzy TOPSIS based on the weights obtained from fuzzy hierarchical analysis, SAAS, IAAS and PAAS cloud services were ranked first to third, respectively.
