John Rawls offers a political definition of justice in the book “Political Liberalism” and believes that this definition, with the properties that he expresses for that, provides the necessary stability for the theory of justice as fairness. Political definition of justice that sometimes Rawls mentions as “Political justice”, changes the conditions of “Original Position” that is mentioned in the book “A Theory of Justice” guarantees the stability justice as fairness, but this action results in some contradictions. By reading Rawls' political justice, this article attempts to study the relationship between “Political justice” and the “Original Position”. The result of this study shows that Rawls' “political justice” have foundations that faces “Original Position” with contradictions, in such a way that removal of “Original Position” in “political liberalism” does not produce the problem. Meskoye under the influence of Greece intellectual at first dived excellences in four category (wisdom, virtue, bravery, fairness), and mention them as main excellence. He believes that wisdom is excellence of speech power and by that human understanding God's affairs, and virtue is excellence of sensual power and if human gain this excellence, he will get authority of this power and uses his sensual wishes in a right thought and opinion and will released from enslavement of carnalities. By Meskoye perspective bravery, is excellence of anger power of human oneself, and if this power be under the power of rational power he will gain bravery Excellence and avoiding any fear by doing frightening and macabre affairs. The last main excellence from the perspective of Meskoye is fairness. He reminding that human will gain this excellence if he gained those three previous excellence. Overall both anger and sensual power is obedience of speech power. With a little contemplation in what Saied we will understand that there is a very strong and firm connection between main excellence and oneself power. Wisdom from speech power, virtue and bravery will created from compatibility between these three power Manuscript profile

The Internet of Things (IOT) has advanced in parallel with the wireless sensor network (WSN) and the WSN is an IOT empowerment. The IOT, through the internet provides the connection between the defined objects in apprehending and supervising the environment. In some applications, the IOT is converted into WSN with the same descriptions and limitations. Working with WSN is limited to energy, memory and computational ability of the sensor nodes. This makes the energy consumption to be wise if protection of network reliability is sought. The newly developed and effective hierarchical and clustering techniques are to overcome these limitations. The method proposed in this article, regarding energy consumption reduction is tree-based hierarchical technique, used clustering based on dynamic structure. In this method, the location-based and time-based properties of the sensor nodes are applied leading to provision of a greedy method as to form the subtree leaves. The rest of the tree structure up to the root, would be formed by applying the centrality concept in the network theory by the base station. The simulation reveals that the scalability and fairness parameter in energy consumption compare to the similar method has improved, thus, prolonged network lifetime and reliability. Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is an application layer protocol designed to create, manage, and terminate multimedia sessions in the IP multimedia subsystem (IMS). The widespread use of this protocol results in high traffic volume over SIP proxies, requiring delicate CPU allocation to flows. In this paper, we analyze the optimization problem of resource allocation in SIP proxies with two objective functions: maximizing total throughput and minimizing the least squares. Maximizing total throughput, prioritizes intra-domain flows over inter-domain ones, as the latter pass through two intermediate proxies. On the other hand, minimizing the least squares corresponds to a max-min fairness policy. Hence, we use round robin scheduling in proxies. In addition, we propose a SIP overload control algorithm that limits re-transmissions and prevents instability of proxies by controlling the length of SIP message backlog for each flow. This algorithm leads to better use of processing resources, in comparison with existing overload control algorithms. Manuscript profile

As Women who form almost half of each society’s population significantly contribute to the fulfillment of national goals, their effective role in the service sector of societies is becoming increasingly important. While the positive impact of forgiveness climate on organizational performance has been confirmed, many organizations have neglected this factor in their performance improvement. This applied survey research, therefore, sought to investigate the effect of perceived forgiveness climate on the efficiency of service recovery through the mediating role of psychological safety and organizational fairness. The population of the study consisted of 390 female employees who were selected from four and five-star hotels of Mashhad. The findings of this study indicated that perceived forgiveness climate had a positive and significant impact on women’s psychological safety and organizational fairness. It was also found that psychological safety and organizational fairness were effective in the efficiency of service recovery. Moreover, the mediating role of psychological safety and organizational fairness was also confirmed. Manuscript profile

6 - The position of ethics in jurisprudential issues: a case study of Khums traditions

Ethics, in addition to creating culture and creating identity for the society and the individual, provides the basis for the implementation of religious and legal duties, including acts of worship, transactions, rulings, civil and social laws. Since jurisprudence and moral issues are not discussed separately in the Qur'an, it is therefore necessary to search for the relationship between the two in the hadiths; Therefore, the main issue of this article is to pay attention to the ethical points raised in the traditions of Khums. The research method in this article is descriptive-analytical. The place of morality in the traditions related to Khums is discussed in two general areas. One is the position of moral propositions in the principle of Khums legislation, and the other is the position of moral propositions in the reason for the legislation of some Khums rulings. For example, the discussion of justice and fairness is one of the moral propositions that are the basis of the legalization of Khums jurisprudence in the field of forgiveness or the manner and time of Khums payment. Negligence is one of the moral propositions that was the basis of the legislation of some Khums rules. Respecting and preserving the dignity and status of leaders is also among the moral principles that have become the basis of Khums legislation. Regarding the reason for the legalization of some jurisprudential rules of Khums, moral propositions have been considered as Shariah. Forgiveness of Khums is one of the issues raised by Ahl al-Bayt (AS) in hadiths; In these hadiths, the reason for legislating such a ruling is the purity of the birth of the Shiites. Among the other reasons for the law of Khums is cleansing from sins and preventing avarice. Manuscript profile

The autonomy principle in payment and guarantee instruments such as Letters of Credits, Demand Guarantees (Bank Guarantees), Bills, Promissory Notes and Cheques have become one of the inseparable characteristics, to the point that it constitutes the nature of these instruments. Most countries laws and international conventions have identified the principle in their rules. Autonomy principle increases payment certainty remarkably so that any excuse, exterior from payment relationship cannot block payment procedure. On the other side the execution of the principle in absolute and inflexible manner can cause issuer (The person who is responsible for payment) to be harmed where the beneficiary is not entitled to pay rightfully and fairly. One of the ways which could reduce the absoluteness of autonomy principle and make it flexible is possibility of predicting conditions which acts as a complementary for autonomy principle in different rules and reduces harmful and unfair consequences of absolute application of autonomy principle. By comparatively study the provisions of various payment and guarantee instruments, In this research, we are trying to consider that are cheques, as a common payment and guarantee instrument among people, possible to be issued with conditions or not.
